Don't such outages also prevent support Emails from being received and replied to?
A previous complaint related to an outage where Emails to support were also being "ignored" for several hours until the "server maintenance" was completed. iNetbet should not underestimate the severity of a problem with their Email service, as this leaves the players and casino completely out of contact with each other for the duration. Other casinos can cope better since they have back up means of communicating with players, and thus do not need 100% reliabilty for Email, as does iNetbet.

No that was a completely separate issue.
The issue you mention previously was with the connection to the servers. A hosting issue and so no access was available to anything.
This was maintenance to the database/game server for re-indexing.
Much like a defrag on your home PC.
Hence the reason we still had email connection and were able to reply to mails

By extremely unlucky coincidence last night was the first time I've tried to log in to iNetBet for months - so I'm glad to hear it was their end as I was getting worried there was something wrong with my PC!
