Assuming your location is Illinois USA - have you tried RTG casinos?
(Crypto & Wagerworks have it - but no USA players allowed )
RTG have a version of Casino Texas Hold'em - but I'm not sure if it's the actual one you describe.
(The call it Caribbean Hold'em)

If you do download an RTG make sure they are reputable as the majority of them are rogues!
