Hi: I tried several times to hit the alt print screen but it would not work that way and I don't know why ?

Welcome to the asylum!

When you use the print screen feature you need to paste it in a program like MS Paint then save it as a jpeg. From there, upload to CM via the manage attachments feature.

I agree suze.. but I also edit it to cut out my background and not show my whole screen.. (been a long time since I had a winner to show...

)

You may have 2 'alt' keys?
If so you may find only the right-hand one works as it does on my works keyboard.
This one is marked 'Alt Gr'
