Rival slots.....am I being thick or what?

First post for a while......

Is there such thing as an accredited Rival casino? Couldn't find one on the list....

Fancy trying some new slots and they are the last software provider left for me to waste a few cents. How does everyone rate them when compared to the MG and RTG's of this world?

Over the next few weeks, going to post some data results after some 20,000 conescutive spins with MG and RTG. In brief, RTG come up trumps in every department. Perhaps just my luck or maybe there is something in it.

Also, re MG I find the current batch of slots (particular Snow Honeys and it's similar clones) boring to the point that if they are going to take your money quickly, at least make it interesting along the way! More slots like No Worries please....good graphics, perhaps higher variance but the 'feel' of the slot is more substantial.

Anyway, rambling....

Rival have some decent slots but I have never had any luck at all at any of the Rival Casinos.
If you check my recent post in the screenshots that suck thread you will see what I mean.
Of course that is just my experience and there are some in the winners screenshots section too.
RTG v MG?
Hmm that is a tricky one.
In my experience it seems that when RTG play well MG are tight and vice versa LOL

I used to get a game at MG but then over about 9 months I was getting murdered so switched to RTG Bodog and had much more play for my money then since last Dec they suddenly became very tight tried Clubworld and they were even worse so went back to MG and LOL I can get a game there again now.

All coincidence I am sure but a funny one.
 
I am off to ICE but I can take any questions regarding the Rival slots. At the moment none of the Rival casinos are accredited here but I hope to change that for thisisvegas and I know Rival does a great job to ensure their operators treat players and affiliates properly. The software is relatively new but has been around for nearly 2 years and so far I think it has done a great job with a good track record.

O.K now I am off to ICE!

I like all the Rival casinos - I have only had luck @ Rival lately and being from USA they seem to have no problem taking my deposits. I can't find any MG to take my netspend mastercard.

Rival slots are certainly comparable with the other softwares; they all pay in the 94-96% region and if you keep playing any slot long enough you will lose.

But what I like about Rival slots is the features hit FAR more frequently than MG or RTG so although the overall payout may be the same they are more fun to play IMO.

I am no expert of course...

but my money seems to go alot farther on Rival slots...I am definately a low roller, but even at that, a $25 deposit can keep me busy for hours...I love them. Now if I can just my fingers to the cashier in time to withdraw :rolleyes:
 
Hi can i jump on this post and ask this is vegas why they cant tell me the reason for my withdrawl not being paid so far.

I put in on the 17th. I spoke to live chat about 30 hours ago and was told accounting would send me an explination email.

Ok so as i said the other day in a post can you feel safe that you will get paid anyware online casinos.

Also its two days you get paid at rival.

I wouldnt normaly not be here doing this now, But i have had no gambling money since saturday afternoon when i put my last $400 or so in this is vegas.

And i have had nothing since to wager with so bored.

I dont think i will bother with this casino again am goin to give rival the boot and give MG my depsoits for awhile.

O and get this when i asked live chat to speak to a manager about something else actualy, They told me they could not DIRECTLY contact there manager so i asked them could they or if so possible at all to INDIRECTLY get in touch with em.

Very funny made me laugh better than Mr manager just stepped out lol

Well my ex perience wasnt very good with rival but i have only deposited and played the once but i got absolutely murdered at a well known rival casino when i joined a few days back. I started with a balance of 200 and micro rolling around the 30-50 mark I was lucky if i saw a bonus at all during the whole 200 balance :what: What i do know is that 200 dissapeared in less than 2 hours play micro rolling with very little bonus rounds. In fact very little of anything actually and at no point was i ever above my initial deposit balance. I dont think im well suited to Rival lol :mad:

I think that game murders most at rival, Took me out the other day!

I only play that game on there free chips, But made a cash deposit after because it was giving up free spin rounds like a normal slot lol.

And off course as soon as i started playing for cash things went sour straight away.

And as soon as i took on a deposit bonus i got a good hit.

The exact same thing happend to rusty the other day when he playd this game for the first time. Even no he had read and reply to my post in the unlucky winners thread DOH! Even a pro can get hammerd on this game.

If you was not playing scary rich you were very unlucky. To see little gameplay and bonus rounds.
 
If I were to play Rival again.. I would prolly spend some time and money on Scary Rich because it seems to be a high variance slot. Just what the Doctor ordered in my case! There's some great screenshots from that slot in "Winner's"... but those great hits come at the expense of alot of others losing their asses... a fact we have to accept.
 
Send me a pm and I can look into your account. Typically issues like this the service team can handle but anything else I can deal with. I am guessing you are withdrawing by bank wire which for US players can take 10-15 days and seems somewhat standard for the industry at the moment. Other payment processors are much faster and I know other players can say the same.

Actually it was with SlottoCash. A friend on here recommended it as a reputable rival casino so thought id give it a go. I tried the vast majority of the slots that they had and walked away disgusted a litle over 2 hours later lol Literally nothing and i mean nothing came out, I was going through maybe 20 or 30 spins without actually hitting a win. of anything lol When it did hit a win it was maybe 20 or 30 % of my bet value. I certainly got hammered with Rival and its more than enough to put me off them for life lol
 
I guess everyone has certain casinos and or software we can't do squat at. I do fairly well at all rival casinos. I have absolutely NO luck at 3 Dice, every time I see screenshots of 3 Dice I cringe because I suck there. :eek:
 
I have only played at Paradise8, early last year I approximately broke even, got a request for documents and got paid fast.
Later I played a few time for $100, hit mainly nothing. Last time I hit big on Scary Rich, requested a withdrawal, no progress for six days, asked live chat, they requested documents again, I sent them, they accepted them, still not got paid after 2 days to moneybookers, well I'm not sure whether I will play there again.
 
I ve being playing at Superior Casino (Rival) for few weeks now..mainly scary rich slot.
Ive had couple of good hits.
One was during free spins on a 0.80 bet I won $1350.00:D
If I get paid,which Ive feeling, I will........and in a timely manner, I will definitely keep playing there.
I was told yesterday that an ACH takes 10/15 business days to hit my bank account.
I think its a little too long.:o
I PMd the casino rep,as per Robwin suggestion, and he nicely explained to me that its not theyr fault but theyr processor who's taking more time than usual.
He also told me thou, that they were working on it, trying to speed up the process.
This is my experience with em sofar.
I will keep you posted and cross my finger.
 
Hi well my issue is resolved as theres moneybookers problems at the moment.

+ the free chip the rep just sorted me out will keep me smiling for time to come.

I would off killed for that chip for over the last few days. Got good wagering requirements to.

So i got $50 rival bonus... $30 mansion bonus playtech... $15 3dice cash for today i finaly can gamble again yeehaaa bout time too. And all on the free! Best way right. :thumbsup:
 
So....wrapping it up....

....if I was to try Rival, which casino would everyone reccomend.

I understand the situation in the US (which is different here in the UK) about withdrawals on bank transfers but I think in most instances, withdrawal delays are about the casino either :

a) being genuinely inefficient
b) knowing that a few days in their account is a few more days interest and over the year this would amount to serious money.
c) not being able to or not wanting to fund the withdrawal.

Logically, there can be no reason why there should be any delay at any casino. They are generally using the same processing facilities but :

- I regularly play at Club World, 3 Dice and Ruby Fortune.
- I use Click 2 Pay for virtually every transaction to withdraw.
- All 3 of the above will 'flush' my account immediately and yet only 3 Dice will pay 'live' into my Click 2 Pay account i.e. the money can be there within minutes of a withdrawal happening. Not always but most of the time and I am sure they have certain criteria to make this happen.

The point is that the others can do it but choose not too. I guess, as consumers, it is up to us to decide what is / isn't acceptable to us. Don't get me wrong, I have NO issues with the above casinos - to me, they have all been pretty good outside of the normal love / hate relationship. My point is that 3 Dice choose to be customer focused, it's not that they have something hardware wise that the others don't.

Sorry for the rant...so, can anyone reccomend a good Rival casino?

You're absolutely spot on with everything you said.
It amazes me that so many casinos don't seem to understand that paying players quickly makes them happy. Happy players come back & play again. If casinos mess players around, the players are unhappy and guess what - they go somewhere else!
To me it's not rocket science, it's just logical common sense.

As to the best Rival, well I think I already posted that they are all good IMO.
I haven't played ALL of them, but the two where I got to make a cashout were Sloto'Cash & Simon Says - and both paid me (via Neteller) within 24hrs after the 24hr pending period. i.e. under 48hrs total from cash-out request.

I think most rival casinos do a good job of paying on time, every once in a while a problem happens but we do our best to make sure players get paid in a timely manner. I am glad to say that in nearly 2 years of being live I don't see any forum posts about players not getting paid from a Rival casino. I do know that if players request to have their withdrawal flushed that the service team does this for many players.

I can do my best to explain our payment policy and I know for many other gaming companies we share similar policies in terms of payout times. I was a player first so I do understand what it is like to be a player and wanting to get paid on time. Most gaming companies pay fees to payment processors and if you get one player who keeps withdrawing, and depositing assuming instant payment this can add up very quickly. Not all players are the same so you have some that don't use the reverse withdrawal and others who do it all the time. Another aspect is fraud and sometimes the time for payment processing allows for accounting departments to make sure things add up. This is especially important for new players. I have seen other companies do instant payments and I think if it was worth the risks for the rewards in doing so then most companies would be switching to that policy. I thought in the day, Phoenician casino offered instant payments but they don't anymore. It would be nice to hear the reason for not doing so but I think I already know that answer but maybe it could have been due to switching software providers.

I know for thisisvegas if a player requests their withdrawal to be flushed the service team will do that for you but I think they do that for all Rival casinos.

I realize by answering these questions I am opening myself up to ridicule but I am just trying to be honest about how things are done and why. I hope that helps.

I don't think you have to worry about ridicule, John; there are enough voices of reason here to keep things in balance. As long as Rival casinos continue to operate the way they have all should be well. And thank you for your presence here (but I do miss robrival's input on some of the tech issues:))
 
I am not sure about RobRival's presence here but I thought he still posted and helped, I'll ask. If not I know they are really busy these days adding new features but you'll see more of them this year. Regarding the ridicule I know I am putting myself a little at risk of getting some heated comments towards me but I will say them anyways. If I get them that is fine but I just thought some people would appreciate some answers on these things. I have seen other affiliate mangers get eaten up in the past but I can take a few hits here and there, otherwise I am happy to help.

I have only seen that happen here when the casino the rep worked for was a rogue or had serious player or affiliate issues and/or the rep made obviously bogus statements.

I don't think you have too much to worry about John. ;)

I feel your pain!:D Those screenshots of mine didn't start to come for a long time after I started playing there. I did nothing but lose lose lose in the beginning.. but then things suddenly took off for me one day after a $642.00 hit on Happy Valley on a .75 cent bet.

I made the mistake at first that I think alot of people make at 3Dice.. betting too high! My first deposit was for $50.00.. got the $50.00 bonus with it and went to Supersuits betting $1.00/spin. Went through the $100.00 in about 10 minutes without a bonus round and said fuck this place. Enzo came on chat and didn't know me at the time, and I told him the slots suck. He felt really bad because I was new and had such a bad experience that he gave me another $50.00 to try. I blew through that quicker than shit too without a bonus. He must've been watching me because he came right back on chat after I lost again and threw another $50.00 at me and told me to tame my bets so that I'd have a better chance at bonus rounds.

Well.. I got a bonus round.. but it wasn't anything great, and soon went broke again. I must say that Enzo really made an impression on me that day. He seemed really different from the rest. Since then, I've stayed with them and have had many cash-outs... and many losses.:) But it used to be only losses and no cash-ins at the places I used to play.

The only other time I had a great day was at 32Red when I won 13K in one day on the slots.. and I'm not a high-roller. What a day that was!

So here i am again with 40 mins off play since last saturday holy smoly im pissed.

Still no cash out i asked live chat last night to change to a neteller cashout so i could have some chance off my money soon.

There was no mention off a charge for this so i hope i will not be charged.

I was told that it would be done maybe quicker for me as i am having problems. I was concerned that the weekend was coming up and not to have gambling funds till monday from netteller would literaly kill me.

Funny thing is that i try to use moneybookers at 3dice to cash out that $15 so i could play a low varience slot somewhere else and it would not work so i emailed support and was told there was a problem with moneybookers right now and they could manualy send the withdrawl to moneybookers.

Hi at first glance i think there real too.

But at second examination this chick looks a bit asian, Now not to say asian chicks dont have whopping great titties But maybe there fake.
