    Very Odd

That's odd, I am still logging on with my original ID. I have also spoken to them recently as they sent a request for documents that looked very like a Phishing attempt. I sent the documents last Thursday, after going through a couple of agents till they could find someone who knew what was going on.

They spoke of new regulations from the UK FSA as being behind this. At no time were changes to secure ID's mentioned, and neither was it on the website, either in the VIP Lounge area, nor the news section.

Since sending my documents last Thursday, I have heard nothing back. While they assured me they were NOT a casino, they sure are behaving like one, asking for documents out of the blue, not properly explaining why, and then going all quiet once I have sent them. Neteller DID, however, process my recent withdrawal, and my account still seems to be working fine.

If they are playing the casino "document game", I will contact them again and they will say "what documents", followed by, "we can't read them", and "can you get a certified copy".

Maybe they are rolling out these secure ID's bit by bit, but without any prior announcement, it's going to look like a Phishing attempt to get hold of the details.
Does their Email contain a link, inviting you to click through to swap your old details for the new ones they send you?

Nothing has changed with my login details either. Just to be on the safe side I emailed them to send my account info and nothing changed so far.

If anyone ever gets a mail from any sort of banking institution never, and I mean NEVER click on a link in an e-mail no matter how genuine it looks - always go direct to the site via the companies main URL.

Also to be really on the cautious side, type the main URL into the browser address bar. Do not use your bookmarks/favorites as on rare occasions trojans have redirected financial or similiar type sites to almost identical phishing sites.

I have checked with Neteller direct and it is NOT a scam. It would seem that if you do not change your password on a regular basis, Neteller change the SecureID part which is a Neteller assigned password.

Now all you need to do is notify everywhere you have your Neteller account registered of the new SecureID as any payments due to you will be rejected. I wonder how many casinos will use this as a way of delaying payments.
