Stupid Trident Entertainment group Payout Question

So has anyone in the U.S. gotten a wire from these guys before? If so how long does it normally take?

The reason I ask is that the website states 5-10 business days but over the phone they told me 10-15 and then they said the bank doesn't really process the wire right away and it's sent for processing.

Sorry i am just a little confused and want the right expectations sent.

FYI the withdrawl statement said everything was sent to the bank yesterday.
