Question King Neptune Casino question

So I finally have a bank that is leniant with gaming transactions and my debit card worked for King Neptunes casino and I had a bit of luck and managed to cashout for some big money which was great from a 200.00 investment.

So here is the issue, I cashed out Friday Dec 27th and I then over the weekend read the policies of the casino which includes Minnesota as a state where online gambling is illegal. I did not know this at the time of my wager and frankly I have been searching for documentation to show Minnesota as one of the dreaded states.

So my question is... What are the odds my winnings get denied? Also, why do they let you open an account and input all your details if you are not supposed to gamble?

Thanks

Brody

Where did you get that info from?
The 11 'restricted' states are: Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington & Wisconsin.
Although KN seem to have added Utah for some reason...

But Minnesota is not listed in the T&C's I just looked at:-

Thanks, I got that part however all the e-mails I get are from Tridentegroup.com on their site it says.

Legal Issues

Trident Entertainment Group Casinos only accept legal wagers. The Group offers its services throughout the world, and the laws governing gambling vary widely from nation to nation as well as within nations, and are always subject to change. Trident Entertainment Group has no practical way to determine what is legal in any particular location at any particular time. It is the Player or intended Player's responsibility to determine that his or her betting activity is in full compliance with the laws where he or she is located.

The following US States have either declared or propose to declare online gaming illegal for their residents:
Arizona
Illinois
Indiana
Minnesota
Missouri
Nevada
Wisconsin
South Dakota
California

So I am really confused which T&C applies?

Any thoughts? Thanks for the reply KK

^You're right. That is confusing, especially since it deviates from the standard 11 state Microgaming list, which I thought all licensees had to go by.

Maybe the Carmen Media representative can clear this up?

the Key words are

:The following US States have either declared or propose to declare online gaming illegal for their residents: and'

The listing is provided only as an aid. The fact a state is not listed above does not necessarily mean Internet casino wagering is legal from that state. It only means the state has not enacted a specific law prohibiting Internet casino wagering. Internet casino wagering may still be illegal under general state gambling statutes, or deemed illegalby state authorities and/or courts interpreting other general state gambling statutes. The only way for a Player or intended Player to be certain he or she is in full compliance with the law is to check with appropriate authorities. It is the Player's or Intended Player’s responsibility to do so

it doesnt say Minn. is illegal
