Hi,

Im new to the forum, and even new to the casinos. I signed up for a freechip with slots of vegas, made the rollover requirements, and asked for a neteller payout.

I got an answer on chat saying its 7-10 business days, also it says so on the website.

I later received this email regarding the speed of the payout:

Dear Slots of Vegas Member,

This is Samantha with Slots of Vegas. Thank you very much for your inquiry today. I hope this helps

The process takes 7-10 business days plus one extra week to get the money.

Have a great day today and good luck to you.

Best wishes,

Samantha

I admit, Im completely new to this business, and Im spoiled with 10 minutes neteller payouts from sportsbooks like Pinnacle. Is it common to take 7-10 business day at Slots of Vegas, and what is that extra week for?:) Just curious. Small withdrawal, but big interest in subject :)

I've never heard of this casino before, and one glance of their homepage filled me with trepidation.
Really unprofessional - no seals & no clue as to what software they are using.
A bit deeper digging revealed... nothing!
There is a severe lack of any information on their site. :eek2:
It looks really bad - but it may well be perfectly fine. I'll cross my fingers for you!

As for payout times: 2-3 weeks for first cash-out at Playtechs or RTG's is common, but 75% of these casinos are 'rogues' anyway, so cashout can take from 6-weeks to never!
You best bet is the other main software driven casinos (MG, Crypto, Rival, etc..) who mostly all pay out in a timely manor.

In future, only choose casinos recommended by trusted sites, such as CasinoMeister.com; there's no 100% guarantee that nothing will go wrong, but in the unlikely event that it does you'll know you have back-up & support from people experienced with dealing with casinos.

Good luck!

They are right- Diamond...and don't let a bad experience (considering the casino, which I also believe is run by Prism) steer you away or make a negative generalization about online casinos. Hopefully you will receive your payout, but it could very well become a bad "first impression".

Microgaming payouts are usually much quicker (once you get through the documentation verification process, seeing as you are new- same with Rival, etc.)

Good luck to you!

They do take long, I ended doing a reverse after 10 days lol. I just did a cashout from CW on friday and got it today, even with christmas and it was an ACH too not netteller

Thanks for all your replies. As I said its only a minor payout, and a freechip used to get it, so no harm done if they refuse to honour the payout. At least I know where NOT TO deposit in the future.

But around 2-3 weeks for a neteller payout in any case is crazy. And your right, its part of the Prism group.

Pending payout here as well

I have a $500 payout pending out Slots of Vegas that I won by playing a free $77 coupon. I met all the requirements, met the $2,000 odd dollar playthrough and sent the required documentation. So now I'm just sitting back and waiting to see if I do indeed receive this $500. I'm certainly not spending it just yet, but it's going to be interesting to see if they come through.

Was it the same offer that KK posted above? If so, the maximum payout is the value of the chip, $77. They'll let it sit in pending for a couple of weeks then deny it and you'll need to resubmit for the max cashout amount (ridiculous, huh?) and wait another two weeks for the next excuse. They'll acknowledge receipt of your documents but not whether they are 'approved' so there's another two weeks, it goes on and on...

Damn Spammers
