I have a $500 payout pending out Slots of Vegas that I won by playing a free $77 coupon. I met all the requirements, met the $2,000 odd dollar playthrough and sent the required documentation. So now I'm just sitting back and waiting to see if I do indeed receive this $500. I'm certainly not spending it just yet, but it's going to be interesting to see if they come through.

Was it the same offer that KK posted above? If so, the maximum payout is the value of the chip, $77. They'll let it sit in pending for a couple of weeks then deny it and you'll need to resubmit for the max cashout amount (ridiculous, huh?) and wait another two weeks for the next excuse. They'll acknowledge receipt of your documents but not whether they are 'approved' so there's another two weeks, it goes on and on...

Says their under new management AGAIN ! How many times you think this outfit has been under new management in the last few years ?

They are under NEW management every year so that they can drum up excuses not to be responsible for the previous management's misdeeds. Gawd. It's 2008 tomorrow. New management again?
