Has anyone had any experience with them. I used a monthly nd bonus and have not yet deposited anything. Hit something good and now have a good balance but am not sure of what the requirements are to cashout? Does anyone play there or can tell me what to do?

Thanks for the info jetset. Wondering if anyone has any experience playing there and how they are with payouts. I have not deposited and used a no deposit coupon to give them a try. I now have a large balance and would like to be sure I am following the rules in order to cashout. It seems I need to make a deposit to cashin in order to meet wr. However, if they are sketchy on payouts, I am not sure I want to deposit to get the run around. I do not have any knowledge about this casino.
Hoping someone can let me know if they have played there.

thanks uungy. Here is the situation. I used the $30 nd bonus and now have a balance of over $8000. If I deposited $30 and wagered $450, will my withdrawable balance then show that I can withdraw that money. No replies back from the casino after more than a week does not seem like a good sign. What is your take on this?

your available withdrawal should be at most 15x your nd bonus.........sorry.....thats what most casinos do.

Hi kakata did you get that off the terms and conditions at victoria palace or out off the blue?

And i have heard good things about this casino at anouther forum but there kinda new and thats awhole lot off money.

there was someone who won awhole lot but had duplicate accounts whoops and she got the reply instantly. If that helps.

As Jetset mentioned, they are Chartwell.

I found the customer service to be personal. They will allow US players in fun mode and to use no deposit coupons (I understand you aren't US OP, but it is something to look out for) They have no (?) process for US players to deposit so they certainly don't have (?) way to withdraw.

Paul, the servers were very bad in the three days I played there -constant spin and resets.

note For US - no qt and no netspend... it's chartwell.

I think it is bold of them to offer 'fee money' rather than simply play mode to US players - kind of tells me they have something in mind for the future (or don't care if our abililities to play change in the future) either way, from what I've seen from others in this thread, they pay. I'd (OP) deposit a pittance to find out if they pay North America if you like the odds. I don't.
