I have found that yes, Inetbet is generous at helping players celebrate their holidays...........usually on the exact date of the holiday.

I would actually have to say that Intertops takes the cake. I have never been so irritated by a casino. I don't know if they only treat their casino customers like crap, or their sports bettors as well... but I yanked their ads and closed my player and affiliate accounts earlier today.

I received my "Fantasy Golf" bonus this morning (technically, yesterday morning by now). If you're not familiar with that, it's their joke of an idea of a comp system, but worse because it's a bonus (not cash back) so there's a wagering requirement, and you only get it once a week on Thursdays. It's the usual wager $10,000 to get a pathetic $10 type of thing. My bonus was $30 this week so I guess I wagered between $20,000 and $30,000 last week.

So I get my bonus and headed to Spring Break, where I lost it in record time with 0.18 to 0.45 bets, enjoying a return of less than 50%.

Being that I have been pretty damn loyal to these guys for the past 6 months, having deposited thousands and never made a withdrawal, I decided I would see if they would be willing to give me a "second chance" with that $30 bonus. So I emailed them politely asking about it, mentioning my play history. Nine hours pass with no response. I email them again, and two and a half hours later they finally said "No, but you can get a 10% bonus on your first deposit this weekend."

I was floored. Other casinos that I used to be able to play at have been known to toss me $100 no strings attached without me asking for anything (I do NOT normally ask casinos for freebies). And then there's Intertops, who goes out of their way to lose loyal and profitable customers.

Their response to my account closure request was just as icy-cold as their first reply. Those guys seriously need a lesson on customer service. I was certainly no whale, but I wasn't a minnow either. This is the one big problem with so many casinos - they get one super-mega-high-roller and expect all of their other players to perform at that same level, and if they don't then they're a piece of crap. I hate that attitude and I don't understand how anyone can stay in business with it.

I am amazed. These stupid bonuses as I have mentioned to some MG managers are super-crap. Even if only slots are played the comp ratio ie where you get cash against wagering req is 30,000:1. How's that for retention of mid-range players like SW. Generous sign-up bonuses to attract blood-scenting sharks who never return and shun those who have lost thousands with such icy replies (the Poles are melting for pete's sake) It wouldnt hurt to comp the player with apprx 5% of his recent losses, would it?

PS: SW, ya asked for it by playing Spring Break when they actually leave ya out in the cold. Hoping for a miracle with their $30. Next time, if they do give you something within the next 2 weeks, play Path of the Penguin.

I know Spring Break can be a beast. I squeezed just over 200 spins out of it (no bonus round, of course). But as far as them giving me something - too late. They had their chance. Account is already closed and software is already uninstalled.

And I think they were the only remaining MG that accepts my debit card.

Isnt't that just nice! That's what your 1000s of hard cash was worth in the end! As you say there are a few other casinoes out there who values their customers. When loosing those amounts, you do some high rolling aswell I would expect.

Without mentioning names, I usually do alot of 5-10 betting, which means that 50 euroes really doesnt last that many spins. I had a daily limit for 1000 and blew it some days in a row. When I asked for some manager bonus to get me going, since I couldnt deposit anyway, I was awarded a whopping 20!

I believe I understand your feeling,

Hell, Even Bodog gives back 10%, and it's not even based on how much you've wagered! I've logged into my account to find that 10% in there even after I won and cashed out.

I doubt you'll see that anywhere else, especially at any other RTG joint!

Has anyone received a christmas bonus from 32Red?

So far only 3dice sent me a present and a bonus, but that one was so nice, guess it makes up for other casinos not sending me anything

    Re

Agreed. Only got the $5.00 from slots o cash. I myself just started playing there and only made my first deposit last week. Rival seems better at bonuses. They may not be huge, but they seem frequent.
