RTG - Main Street Group Of Casinos

It's been quite awhile since my last post, so I apologize in advance for amy grammatical errors, misuse of casino acronyms etc etc

A few of my friends have been frequenting the Main Street Group of Casinos (most notably Slots Plus and Vegas Casino Online..)

I know they are accredited here, and I personally never had problems with them when I played there, however I always found them to be very "tight" - especially within the realm of video poker (and especially compared to other RTG casinos...)

I usually see positive comments on this site about inetbet and Club World, but unless I missed it, I've never seen a post of any sort, regarding these casinos.

So,,,,does anybody have comments - positive or negative - they can share relative to their own experiences with any members of the Main Street Group?

    Thanks

Add LasVegas USA to that group. We had a post a few months ago and I found out they are part of the main street group

SlotsPlus has a problem with paying people in my personal experience and I closed that account a long time ago. LVUSA takes forever to payout, In my personal experience. I tried to W/D from LVUSA and slots plus and after 2 weeks without even an approval or denial I gave up on both of them

We havnt really talked about them since that I saw

Maybe someone in here had a better experience with them. They(RTG) have been tight since July IMHO

    Main street group

I play at vegas casino and sometimes at vegas usa. I won a little at vegas casino and was paid within their guidlines. I find their customer support to be wonderful. I once questioned them about, what I thought was a deposit error on their end. It turned out it was my mistake. I wrote to apologize to them, and received an e-mail thanking me for my apology, saying they rarely get such an e-mail. I think this shows the kind of people they are. However, you are right in that their games are tight. I feel vegas casino is the best run of the main street group, although I would think they would all be pretty similar.

    Main street group casinos

I have played slots at all their casinos. After continually losing on extremely tight games, I closed my account at all of them except sunpalace. I occasionally won a little there, but it took 1 month to get paid when using e-check. Also, you could only deposit a maximum of $300. They had no other deposit options for U.S. players and it took forever for the echeck to clear.

I recently played at BetRoyal casino and not only won quite a bit a money, but got received a cashiers check for $3000 within the month. For the same payout time frame, I'd rather play at a looser place and receive a nice bonus.

Betroyal is a seriously known rogue casino (part of the Virtual Group). Why are you patronizing these guys?

Just about every casino that accepts US players is having difficulty paying these players. And each one of you who is complaining about payouts in this thread ARE in the US.

Perhaps non-US players should be giving their input here so we can have a bit more balance

Guess I'll put in my 2 cents as a non US player

Played at this group for a bit, until I found out how long payouts took. It took over 2 weeks and I was not paid via the method I asked for. When the Instadebit withdrawl was denied I only got an email stating it was denied, had to find out via live chat that a check had been issued. I would have liked a bit more communication there. My other pet peeve with this group is that it states (unless this has changed, haven't checked in a while and have no time now) on their website that if you deposit anything, even without a bonus, you MUST wager your deposit five times or face charges when you try to cash out (not sure how much, they only said the charge would vary based on your method of withdrawl). When I don't use a bonus there's a reason, I want no restrictions.

Since finding Clubworld, I haven't gone back to mainstreet and I won't. Customer service was alright, just think they need to communicate with their players a bit more. Bonsues are small, but some people like that. If you can handle waiting 2 weeks (non US) to one month or more (US) to get paid it's not a bad group, they will pay you. They are, unfortunately, just yet another group of casino's using the new laws to hold off payments, even to people not in the US. Funny, clubworld pays me by the next day pretty much every single time.

    Main street group

I am really surprized at how different each person experience with this group is. My payout was within their stated 14 days, their customer service has been great, all my e-mails have been answered within hours. But because it is hard to win much there, I do not frequent them the way I used to.I remember depsiting $35.00 and playing for 5 days!

Main Street sent me a letter by post, almost begging me to return with the new software. Each time I checked, the promised bonus in the letter was not reflected in the software when I entered the coupon. Each time I asked support about this, my E-mail was ignored - so I used the letter in my printer & forgot about the bonus (they had thoughtfully printed only on the one side of the sheet of A4, equivalent to a 2c (1p) free chip). For those wondering, no - I didn't deposit, the problem became clear as soon as I entered the code, and if support dont answer my query, they are not going to credit any difference if I have to prove receipt of the letter to get it, which might have been the case.

With their Playtech software, payment was around 4 working days, so it is a deterioration to hear it is now 2 weeks for non-US players.
It gives me the impression of a brand in steady decline, and something is needed to wake it up before it becomes worth playing again.
The "small" bonuses are similar to the regular ones at Club World, but they constantly offer an extra 10% for certain deposit methods I cannot use, so clearly I am not in their main target market.
The wagering of deposit term is more common than many think, but it is usually around 1x, and rarely catches anyone out. 5x is more likely to catch out someone who has a big win early on and wants to quit while ahead without having the restrictions of having taken a bonus.

Not sure, they used to be Playtech, but then moved to RTG so they could still accept US players. I played with the Playtech software, and received Neteller withdrawals in around 4 days.

    Jenn1381 then mentions:-

.....If you can handle waiting 2 weeks (non US) to one month or more (US) to get paid it's not a bad group, they will pay you.........
So it looks like it is two weeks wait, from 4 days earlier, with the change in software. If so, it is worse than the likes of Club World who can pay out to Non-US players the same day.
