Why did Gary keep saying No Deposit bonus?
I can't see where you said that, or that the flier said that.
Easiest way to check would be go to the cashier in the casino, enter the code & find out what the terms are.
It's probably a 100% match with the normal crazy RTG wagering requirements.

He was a bit rude there, I have to agree.

You are surely right KK ( i thought the same) but i must open a account before but i'm not sure whether i like yet.

That all was also a good Opportunity to check one for me.

It's not important for me to play there.

    Hi Zodiac,

As affiliate manager all I can do is apologize on behalf of our Customer Service department for your experience.

The bonus offered falls in line with our Initial Deposit Bonus structure which is 125% on the first $100 deposited. If you deposit between $101 and $100,000 you will receive an additional 25%. (max bonus of $25,100)

So, in order to receive the $900 bonus you must make a deposit of $3,180
    130% on first $100 = $130 + 25% on the remaining $3,080 = $770) $130 + $770 = $900

    Regards,

    Jason

I received this offer three times, three times entered the code and contacted CS with the reference in the mailer, and three times CS ignored my Email (perhaps it was Gary).

The mailer MISLEADING, it claims it is a $900 DEPOSIT bonus, but there are NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS either on the mailer, nor the website - and CS ignore all questions.

I did enter the coupon code, and it offered nothing more than the standard sign-up bonus. So, what is with a "special invite" - what bollox, the offer is the STANDARD one, nothing "special".

CS failing to answer any Emails is enough to have made me forget the offer, even after I had figured out it was not simply 125% up to $900 as vaguely implied in the mailer.

Before sending out these mailed offers, try improving the level of CS to attract and retain players, or they are simply a waste of postage.

My information was obtained because I had some Main Street accounts under Playtech, but have never used the RTG versinos since I had to move from UK Pounds to US Dollars, and the offers are significantly inferior to those at iNetBet and Club World, where the offers are good enough to make it worth eating currency conversion charges. The RTG outlets also discriminate against non-US players by offering around 10% less than offered to players with US facing deposit methods.

I have also seen posts regarding 2 week+ waits for payouts, a backward change from when they were Playtech, where the wait was around 3 to 4 days, occasionally a little faster.

Mine was some time ago, and I binned the other two without even bothering. They were all pretty much identical.

If I get another, I will try to preserve an image of it in case this comes up again. This seems to be a more recent effort, so I may still get one yet

I received the flyer copy from Zodiac and I am more than displeased. The flyer states that the recipient "won" a $900 bonus. Take a look at Zodiac's screen shot and that's what it pretty much implies. Unless there is another person with the same name in his village who "won" the $900 bonus, I would guess that the recipient of the mailer is the winner.

No terms. No conditions. Nothing. It just gives a URL where to collect this bonus, which in turn is merely the $500 sign up bonus as previously stated.

This is called "bait and switch". This is an unacceptable form of advertising, and I am flatly shocked that the Mainstreet group is participating in this sort of marketing. It's unethical and it's illegal in most jurisdictions, and all it does is piss people off. "Yay - you're a winner!!" turns out to be nothing but a load of BS.

The mail campaign in question was not approved or sent by Mainstreet. We would never draft an offer like this and always state that terms apply (we would also never mail out something that looks this bad).

We do however allow flexibility in the amount of the total bonus our affiliates promote. Our IDB is 125% on the first $100 deposited and 25% after that so $500, $777 or other amounts are possible. Our bonuses and terms are clearly stated in all of our own marketing materials and on our sites.

On the $900 Bonus page it says, "See the promotions page for details & reasonable bonus terms. It is difficult to police everything that affiliates do especially ahead of time. In this case we first saw the mailer when a player sent it in to us. At that time we told the affiliate that in the future the offers needed to be clearer and that it has to state, "Reasonable terms apply. See site for details."

The affiliate and has now been informed that if any further mailings like this are sent out that his account will be closed.

    Please accept our apologies.

    Thanks,

    Jason
