Actually, when they were with Playtech, they could pay within 48 hours - there's a thread here somewhere where I attested to this since it hapened to me

It's a shame to hear of the slow pay stuff from non-US (with US players it's expected). Are there any non-US players getting and quicker payments than what has been stated??

Ok - that's a bit clearer now. The way your post was worded, it sounded like they were with Playtech again.

With U.S. players they've "conditioned" players to expect a long wait for payment. 3Dice can have a cashier's check in our hands within 4 business days anywhere in the U.S. , and does it routinely. It just goes to show if they "try" , then they can make payments quickly.

Several online Casinos are cowardly Dogs that will fleece a player anyway they can think of through their T%C's simply because they do not have to face the player in the flesh.

Picture the scene if these guys were a B&M Casino adopting the 5*playthrough rule.

    You have just won big on your first spins of roulette and proceed to cashier but get headed off by Casino rep;

    Rep:
"Excuse me sir pass me your wallet so I can count how much money you started with because I am going to make you wager Five times that amount or confiscate your wallet."

    You:
    :
    :: :
    :

It wouldn't happen would it, like I say cowardly.

    Thumbs down

Personally, I would not recommend depositing your money in at least 2 of their casinos: Lasvegas USA and sunpalace. I have played slots there 100% of the time where I've made deposits. Unless you want to just throw out your money, don't deposit here. I have made numerous deposits at Lasvegas USA and have never ever made a withdrawl. The money is lost quicky without overbetting.

Foolishly, i read another post tonight regarding some new RTG games. I wanted to play them, so i deposited $300 at Lasvegas USA. I bet $5.00/spin and the money was gone in approximately 5 minutes. They also have terrible bonuses if any at all. when I was able to withdrawl (I believe twice at sunpalace for small amounts), it took 1 month because i deposited with E-check. Whether they eventually pay or not, It will be extremely difficult to win anything there.

Of the various casinos I play at, the entire experience with them is the worst.

Thumbs down Sun Palace Casino ???

I haven't a account at this group and i know they are accredited here but i wanted to tell you my experience what i must made yesterday.

Yesterday i got a letter from Sun Palace Casino and i asked myself from where they have my address but equal.

In this letter they offer or say to me that i can redeem a $900 Signup Bonus Winning.

    I thought what ? a $900 Bonus ? what is it for a crazy offer ?

In order to experience more (Wager etc.) i go to Live-Chat and had contact with Gary.

I explained it what i received but he say that they haven't.

here are a couple of statements:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Gary'
Gary: Welcome! How may I be of your assistance?
Andreas: Hi Gary, today i got a postal offer
Andreas: it's a 900 Bonus what let me surprise
    Andreas: a $900 Bonus ???
Andreas: what is the wager for this offer ?
    Andreas: it's very large
Andreas: i know the Main Street Group Casinos are accredited by CM but a so large offer ?
Andreas: Gary, are you there ?
Gary: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment.
Gary: I will be right with you.
Andreas: do you read my Questions ?
Gary: Please note that at this moment we are not offering any non deposit bonuses for our new sign ups. However, we do offer special deposit promotions that you can find at the website under the promotions section
Gary: This is how this bonus works:

here he offer me the Promotions from their website

Gary: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Gary: Please wait while I review your account. It might take a minute or two, I'll be with you in just a moment.
    Andreas: i haven't a account yet
Andreas: i got a postal offer today: sunpalacecasino.com/900BONUS
Gary: you need to be more specific , I cant understand you
Gary: yes , is a percentage bonus
Gary: we do not offer any kind of no deposit bonus on any of the casinos
Andreas: today i got a letter from your casino with a special offer
    Andreas: sunpalacecasino.com/900BONUS
    Andreas: Signup Bonus Winning
Gary: Please note that at this moment we are not offering any non deposit bonuses for our new sign ups. However, we do offer special deposit promotions that you can find at the website under the promotions section
Gary: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Gary: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Andreas: you will say to me that which i received today via mail, it's a joke ?
Andreas: surely i can read at your website
Andreas: but why i got an offer via mail ?
Gary: hey I am not arguing with you I know what we offer , and we dont offer any non deposit bonus , if you want to try the casino , then play at the fun money version
Gary: if you are looking for free chip then go else were

Gary: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

my concluding result is a very bad and unfriendly customer service

since i'm playing online i haven't experienced a worse service

if this is their art of customer service from a accredited casino, then good night

my intention was not anyway to play a crazy $900 Bonus

I agree. This customer service is unacceptable. I'll check on what's up.
