Me typing in the big letters were brought about by her typing the two lines below in highlighted bold black text which does not show when i cut and pasted this infuriated me as you can see me typing speaking in bold is immature or words to that effect.

That's what I meant She had repeatedly told you that she couldn't help you and invited you to contact Emma on Monday. Continuing to 'dog' her was impolite at best, don't you think? Of course she had the option of terminating the chat, but that would have only angered you I suppose. Sometimes we just have to step back and take a breath. I hope this works out for you. Having just had the breather maybe i should have posted the run up to this conversation in that it has been going on for 3 weeks now and i have repeatedly told them that i work during the weeks so cannot speak to emma during the week she has promised the emails and never does.
The only reason that i have been threatened with the chat ban is that they refuse to answer the question of whether partial withdrawals are possible or not and to ban you from chat because they wont answer a yes or no question seems farcical to me.
Is it just me or does it seem suspicious that they will not answer the question and in the end marie just dissapeared from the chat and alison took over.

Nope the said emma is not contactable here and neither is anyone from the site guess im just ranting for a bit here was just shocked that got threatened to be ignored and banned from support chat till monday when i wont recieve the email yet again from emma.( im an a pessimist i know lol )
But i suppose i should be glad it been such a long time since i had an issue to post here just goes to show if you stick to the accredited list here you shouldnt go to wrong.

What is the problem? If they will only reverse the whole amount, then let them do it and then take what you want to use and instantly withdraw the rest. I know by the names that you're dealing with 32Red, and they're top notch. It seems you're complicating something that should be very easy to remedy.

The site aint 32red its ukpoker the issue is that they partially reversed a withdrawl and 100£ went missing the issue if that half the support is saying that partial withdrawals are not possible yet i have had them done numerous times. So when 100£ has went missing and it has been 3 weeks of promised emails that dont happen i start getting a little worried.
