Well, the harrassment is fully justified! They are asking sweetdenny to be patient and promise replies within a certain timeframe, but each time nothing is done, and sweetdenny has to get in touch only to be told to wait yet another week, and another week, and so on.
If sweetdenny DIDNT keep this up, then no doubt absolutely nothing would be done. Emma may be on holiday (or it may be just a brush off), but I doubt she has been on holiday this past month as well.
This is definitely PAB time, more clout is needed to get them to pull their heads out of their **** and properly deal with this complaint.
It also shows they should NEVER be trusted with "partial withdrawals" in the future, even if they come back and say it can be done after all, they just can't handle the maths. It is their fault if they get less play while players wait for the full withdrawal to go though, and their are other poker rooms to frequent in the mean time (just don't fall into the common traps, such as using different aliases in the same network, or giving inconsistent personal details in different poker rooms).
Depending on how their banking works, it might be possible to make a withdrawal as two transactions, and then reverse one if needed. This would have the same effect as a partial reversal, but could be done by the player directly. This is possible with MG casinos, the reverse screen lists all pending withdrawals, and allows reversal of all, or individually by selection.
