My bad.So for three weeks they've promised you a 'team leader' will contact you monday, and they never do. You only have access to customer service on weekends when 'team leaders' aren't available to you. There are 100(insert money symbol) missing from your account. You are a bit miffed. |

Not sure if they own it dont think they are connected though.
As for the support names i would think emma and steve are pretty popular names dont think it would be enough to convince the jury there linked lol. Think ive seen a lot of dave and susans doing the rounds in casino support as well sometimes i think they just pick popular names for the hosts and there really called meridith penelope and luigi. Its amazing how a rant and a few voddies and coke calms the nerves. |

I didn't think was Emma was a popular name by any means. I've never met an Emma in my life yet! And coupling that name with stephen just made me think it was them. Whatever!
But I never saw the part where money was missing supposedly! I thought you just wanted to reverse part of your cash-out. |

this reminds me of a video i had to watch in training for a job once. when making a customer's change after a sale, they may try to confuse you by asking you to break a bill, or insist they paid with a larger bill than you actually took.
take transactions one step at a time. leave the payment outside the drawer until you've made the change, to prove what amount they gave you, and hand the change out to the customer before beginning a new transaction, such as changing a bill into smaller bills/coins to avoid any mathematical errors. otherwise, you may find yourself out money. i don't understand why you needed to partially reverse. tim mentioned and i was thinking when reading the OP that why doesn't the guy just reverse it all and then withdraw the excess above the chips he wants to play on? to save a day or two on the payout time? i doubt it would matter, as i would guess the manager/operator is doing the same as above, but showing it to you as a single transaction. and then somehow a sock gets lost in the wash. just like my training video, except this time it is you the customer who is out money. and about the harassment issue, i agree with lojo's first post and was thinking also that indeed you were the harassor, not the harassee. if someone starts bipping off at me and being belligerent when i didn't even commit the offence he wants fixed, wtf else can i do than refer them to the proper person who made the error and thus can fix it or account for it, and ask them to excuse themselves from my area so i can serve others? my hands are tied. if i attempt to fix someone else's error, it could easily screw things up worse, for all involved (including myself who needn't be party to it).
