Strange ClubWorld occurence

I was playing on goldbeard at clubworld. I had a balance of 40, i was on auto spins. I went to the loo, came back and the game had stopped with the `balance has increased by 50` message at the top of screen which is how i have it set. i was elated, my balance now read 245. I started the spins again and 3 spins into it, the balance dissapeared and was replaced with 45, and a new message appeared at the top, `auto spin stopped balance decreased by 20. Wtf. Anyone had something similar occur when playing RTg slots or at clubworld spoecifically? Should I email support and ask what in blazes happened or should I just accept it as a quirk? Opinions would be greatly appreciated

I'm sure I know the answer, but did you happen to take screenshots? I'm guessing not since you wouldn't have known what was about to happen. But I would certainly contact them about it - $200 missing is a big deal!

tell me about it Wizard im pretty gobsmacked, because of the win of 200 odd ISNT valid it means the software has had a seriious error or failing. your right I didnt take a screenshot because as you say I didnt realyl have a reason too. 200 win is nice but hardly screenshot worthy for posting lol Still its a lot of money and I know what i saw. then to have it suddenly taken away is quite a shock Even if id had a screenshot there is no way i could have proven it was from today anyway but I have contacted their support to see what they have to say about the matter but im not exactly expecting a favourable response. More likely they wont even acknolwedge that it ever happened, although im sure they must keep game logs for just such an eventuality. Either way im pretty pissed off because that error is now making me question RTG slots integrity entirely. Maybe I DID win 200 odd on a cracking slot spin but i wasnt there to see it, but yes or no it shouldnt have been removed.

I don't know if that's happened before (it's never happened to me) but I swear there was a thread where someone said that after a win the bet size had mysteriously increased so when they spun next their balance decreased more than they were expecting.

I would email them, explain the situation, and ask for detailed game logs - not the summary.

Hmm i did notice the coin was set to what it should be after the win and i just started auto spin again, then the balance dropped i think it was on the 3rd spin :S It would have had to be 100 dollar spins to take that much away lol But i DId see the balance drop from 240 odd back to 40 directly, just wish i had been there to see the spin that generated the 200 to begin with. Either way a player can only go on what his or her balance says and my balance said 245 so that what it should have been. I feel like ive been mugged lol

Funny, RTG slots always made me feel that way too. I pretty much gave up on them a few months ago. Your only choices are to hit the random jackpot or go broke - way too high variance for me.

Ok ive had a reply and its sorted although not in my favour lol Damm. I was hoping the software made an error in my favour but alas no such luck. I had a cashout a few days before of which i used a bonus coupon, they are just handling it now but they remove the bonus from the cashout first and while doing this they had to put the money back into my account, hence why i saw a massive increased in my balance and also why it dissapeared again so quickly too. Dam and double dam lol

I realise that this has now been sorted, but if you had hit a big win it would have been on the screen when you returned from your bathroom break.
With your settings, any big win would have stopped the slot right then, at the end of that spin.

You are of course, absolutely right KK, however when you think youve just had 200 nicked from right before your eyes you dont think of things like that lol
