Parpol needs help with Playtech question

Can anyone help Parpol with this question he asked me to translate:

Hi, I wanted to play with one of the many promotions that arrive each day, Casino King was offering a 200% with playthrough 20x, so i contacted support to see if the e-mail was still valid (something i always do), but this guy in chat (Tim or Tom) made me wait longer then normal.

Only to tell me that having more than 8 accounts with Playtech casino's wasn't possible, i couldn't have the bonus and he closed my account.

I thought he closed only the accounts of that group, but with the passing of days all my accounts started being closed. I can no longer pratically play at any Playtech.

What can i do?

If anyone can help Parpol it's greaty appreciated.
 
That is certainly interesting, assuming that there isn't more to the story which we don't know.

I went and looked at how many different Playtechs I used to have accounts at, and it was exactly 8, so unfortunately I am unable to prove the statement incorrect.

But still, it really just doesn't make sense, assuming that he's not on the blacklist.

Might be a bit of a long shot, but you could try sending a PM to Spearmaster
Last I heard he had contacts in Playtech, and may be able to clarify what's going on here...?
