im gonna need LOTS of help and advice!

Hello all and ty for welcoming me to your site! i "googled" this site and found out that it is the most accredited casino site on the internet so i feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

I do need to ask a question tho, and being new to "forums" i am not sure where or how to post this question, so i hope im in the right place.

yesterday, i was awarded $31.00 NO DEPOSIT bonus at Breakaway Casino and i used it well. I won $233.00 which it says I AM able to withdraw. In cashier section it said "amount eligible for withdrawal - $233.00" which is great but they want me to fill out a form and include a scanned copy of my driver's license, my CREDIT CARD and a CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Now, I have no intention of making deposits at this casino and am wondering if i need to still do this and MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL - IS THIS NORMAL PROCEDURE???? DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IDENTITY THEFT OF ANY KIND BY DOING THIS?

Please help ASAP so i may claim my winnings.

    Thank you to all

im gonna need LOTS of help and advice!

Thanx for that link noluck but i still am hesitant about sending a photocopy of my drivers license, credit card, and credit card statement (I find that one odd). I've never been asked for a credit card statement before, usually only a utility bill. Is this something to be concerned about or am i just being paranoid?

you're probably right - im just paranoid by nature. i've had to scan drivers license, credit card and utitlity bill before but never credit card statement, so was just feeling a wee bit shaky on the idea but it's probably safe. Wonder if casinomeister himself may know anything about this casino? how do i contact him?

    Hi Quitemad, welcome

There is another current issue where a player signed up and requested a bonus but didn't do it through an approved affiliate or advertising campaign, I hope you didn't get $31 link off a forum unless it was bona-fide otherwise you may not be eligible to recieve your winnings.

Is this an RTG casino? If so, many of them show $xxx dollars as withdrawable, even if you haven't met the wagering requirements or if the amount is over the maximum value of the free chip. Some, have two windows, one showing the remaining WR and the other the balance.

On te page nle linked for you I read this:
    c) The maximum cash out is $50 after meeting play through requirements. Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal.
under the free chip rules... were there other terms written, such as 10x max cashout or $233 maximum?

Not trying to be a downer, just giving you some heads-up.

    Good luck

edit: Also, if you have no intentions of ever depositing at this casino, why would you accept an invitation to play? Free money? Why wouldn't you patronize the business if it gave you free money for simply wagering with their money, I don't get it.

Did you deposit using your credit card? They probably want to see that your deposit has cleared? Not sure, but when waiting on a payout one time I was asked for a copy of my instadebit account, to show the deposit had cleared.

I have given copies of card front/back and various statements out.

Blank out the middle 4 numbers of any card.
For the statements, I just gave the very top half and blanked almost everything, so basically it was just the address left and name of bank, for proof of residence! Blank it all out, and if they complain, let them into the really unimportant stuff bit by bit, but i would NEVER send a complete card number, or any statement that showed my transactions.

It should be fine, but if this is a dodgey rogued casino then i spose they cud do anything!

It is normal to be asked for these sooner or later when getting money out.

    It is RTG.
On a rivals portal it says this about the No Deposit $31 bonus:-
You will need to wager your bonus twenty times before cashing-in. Maximum cash-in is $50.00 and any winnings will only be sent by NETeller or Moneybookers. No comps will be granted for playthrough generated with the free money promotion bonus. Follow our link for further promotion details. Slots only counts towards wagering
The casino's site says the same. (Different page to the one noluckever found & linked above)

So it's $50 max & if you're in the USA it sounds like you're SOL.

Sending of faxed documents is standard at most RTG's, but as you haven't deposited & it's only for the sake of $50, is it worth it?
Probably safe, but only you can decide if you want to do it or not.
