jennifer: as I already explained to you, if you requested a withdrawal you are not entitled to get this bonus
jennifer: But the bonus that we are offering to you wouldn't apply when sending documents to process a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is pending or requested during the period we request documents you won't be eligible to receive the bonus.
    jennifer:
    ACgal: it doesnt state that
ACgal: can you please reverse my w/d
    jennifer: one minute please
    jennifer: your money is in
    jennifer: good luck
    ACgal: thank you

if you read the promo page about quick verification and a $20 bonus on the website, it does not state ANYWHERE that there can not be a w/d pending and not only that, I didnt have a pending w/d when i sent in the forms

Edit: Im gonna gamble my $100 and close this account. Ive had it up to here with the bullshit lies anymore. I hope I win the RJ just for spite, not even the money

Very cheeky offer then. It seems you have to lose steadily for three months without making a single cash-in. So much as ONE withdrawal will mean you are asked for documents anyway, but in a way that excludes the bonus. All that for a mean $20 too!
I doubt many Americans can claim now, because they would be hard pressed to find any credit cards to deposit with, and us Brits would get charged exchange fees both ways for using cards (higher than the usurious Neteller fees too!).

This lot don't answer E-mails either. They have TWICE sent, by POST, a letter inviting me to return first with a $600 bonus, then $900, and lastly $1000 by E-mail. I have to contact support to get the standard code to work, but they never reply, so I have never got as far as depositing, even though I downloaded and entered the code.

The next time I fancy another go at a new RTG (given the fall from grace of HippoJo), it will most likely be InetBet (I already have the other two in the accredited list).

I always thought online gambling should be fun... entertaining... relaxing... We (US players especially) have to jump through hoops while standing on our head and whistle with a mouthful of crackers just to make a deposit, have to chase down bonuses, argue over T&C -- if we can get a casino to answer our emails, chase down withdrawals, sometimes chase after bounced/refused checks once the withdrawal arrives.... This is 'fun'?? Pffffttt!

Hey Babs, Brian here. Sounds like these characters are taking CS lessons from JF. When will these idiots figure out that losing customers over a couple of paltry bucks is assinine!! Tell ya what Babs, give me a hundred dollars, and then I'll give you 20. Provided you stand on your head, juggle, and sing a song at the same time. Once that is done you can then proceed to the next set of hoops! Reminds me of those funny capitol one credit card commercials on TV!!!

The more of this kind of behavior I see, the more I question the entire lot. My theory is that these entities (just about all of them IMO) know that soon the big land based US companies are going to throw all kinds of lobby money at the congress and get into the market. So, I suppose they are playing beat the clock in a sense to suck up as much cash as possible before armegeddon hits them. Personally I hope Harrahs, Ballys, etc. get it going soon. Hang in there!!

I may have requested w/d's but always end up reversing them, so in theory, Ive never gotten a dime from them from a w/d, besides, I signed up, sent in docs and then made my first deposit. Then they said I had to wait 3 months. So what?, I should lose in the next 90 days to get $20?

Thanks for the support. Ive been quite the lil whiner lately!!! I should change my avatar to debbie downer of SNL LOL

Yeah I know it's only twenty bucks, but it's the principle. Just like the ordeal I went through with Jackpot Factory. (and that was my own money!!!)

I've questioned that same thing many times over the years.

How can so many of these casinos be so "penny wise and dollar foolish" to piss off a decent, depositing customer... for $10 or $20... to the point that the customer will NEVER play there again... and will likely do nothing but "bad mouth" the casino in the future?

Yes... the level of intelligence of many of the CSR staff (and managers) is shocking... truly mystifying to me that they can be so dumb.

There are two reps for this casino here in the forum:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...affiliate.html
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...s/vsummer.html

I'll PM them to bring this thread to their attention since I'm guessing here that no one has.

If a casino support manager isn't aware of a problem, then for them a problem doesn't exist. You need to let these people know if you are having any communication problems, unanswered emails, bonus term confusion, etc. If these difficulties continue, then you need to let me know. They are one of the few RTG casinos listed in the accredited section.

Also, if you are complaining about a casino and do not plan on PMing the casino rep, at least name the casino in the thread's title so they can find it easy when they browse the forum for player issues. Thanks!

I agree that the rep should get a chance to address the issue Bryan, but not responding to PMs or emails doesn't fall under the "I wasn't aware of the problem" umbrella. Case in point, JF and the lack of response to anything!!

    Ooops

    Im sorry

I thought the name was on there plus she had me wait about 5-10 minutes while she was talking to someone

It LasVegas USA an accredited casino.

The thing is Bryan, Im no gonna PM a Rep over $20 because I shouldnt have to..period. Im not taking a tone with you Bryan , really. Its so ridiculous because the rules under "read more about this offer" says NOTHING about w/d's pending or losing for 3 months. It just says you have to make deposits for 3 months and it' s been 3 months and I have made alot of deposits and asked for w/d's but reversed them. Ive been gaming over a year and know better to read them all

Im not gonna PM them because they did something shady, I even told Jennifer I did everything right, infact I stated it twice in the chat so why should I have to run after $20. If they ran things right instead of squemming out of $20, they wouldnt lose so many RTG people

sorry I keep forgeting stuff: Bryan, I did email support with this whole thing last night about 730pm. Havnt heard from them yet
This is what they get.....bad mouthing because they deserve it
