Grand Prive Group - Any payout issues?

    Hi all.

I asked for a moneybookers payout 3 weeks ago from jupiter club (part of grand prive group from what I read) and I have not received it. I emailed them three times and each time they say it is in progress and that they will sent an urgent message to their payment department. However, still nothing. I am not panicking since I have read they are reliable payment wise, but does anyone have any info about them having problems or why there might be a delay?

    Thanks!

My experience with their payouts to Neteller has been that it takes around 2 to 3 days. I do not see why MoneyBookers should differ much from that, it being another UK based eWallet.
3 WEEKS seems over the top for normal processing, so it looks like something has gone wrong here. Try reminding them that canada is not a US state (yet), this might speed things up, and knock out one of their standard excuses at the same time.
They may have sent a check, but not told you. I had this a couple of times at Roxy Palace, but the check only took 3 days.

Did you deposit by moneybookers? If not, some casinos are reluctant to send payments to an e-wallet account just like that. I requested a withdrawal to my moneybookers account in a Prima Poker Room but they simply sent it to my neteller account.

I had the same thing (slow cashout) with Ruby Fortune to Moneybookers cause I had never deposited that way - even if I had, they'd only pay back to Moneybookers the amount I deposited, and then send the rest via check. However I found out that the Palace Group will do EFT to Canadian banks so I did that. Does Grand Prive offer EFT? You might be better off going that route....

These kind of messages from casinos always crack me up. Like they are these huge corporations with tons of employees and departments. The payouts guy is probably 5 feet from the customer service guy.

I did deposit by moneybookers which is why I was surprised by the long delay.

Oddly enough, I was paid overnight. Looks like they stopped this thread from turning overly negative!

The last time I was talking to customer service I heard in the background someone asking him for double cheese & no lettuce. I was instantly put on hold and had to listen to Canadian legend Celine Deon for 4 1/2 minutes. After that tragedy they sorted me out fine and I received my payment the next day.
