This is a common complaint with Vista.
I have Vista, but it remains in it's wrapper for now because of all these problems.
Quite a bit of software needs updated drivers to run under Vista, and these are being made available bit by bit, often only as problems surface.
These drivers do NOT come through the Windows update for the most part, users have to track them down themselves.
There is supposed to be a compatibility mode whereby Vista can be set to emulate XP while running a program. I believe others have described how to do this in this forum. The threads have probably moved off the bottom of the top few pages.

Have you tried to run the setup file in XP compatibility mode? That sometimes works.

I got 3Dice semi-installed on my Vista machine. I had to run the exe in XP compatibility mode. But.... after I launch the casino, it won't download the games now. I give up.

Did you set the casino .exe itself to run in compatibility mode?

I think they included patches in the newer updates. Enzo would surely help you out if you PM'd him.

I can't remember if I did or not, WB... I try installing again and see if that helps.

And if the above doesn't work, I'll check with Enzo.

Woohoo! Finally!! Had to Right Click and run the install file As Administrator. Same when I launched the casino. Run as Admin.

That squirrel game is cute... off to fritter away my time in Play Mode.

And just for giggles I tried installing Giant Palace on my Vista system. No go. It won't install. Run as Admin didn't work. Compatibility mode didn't work. I get this weird warning popup I've never seen before. Will try fresh DL and install later and will make note of the error applet.

I just want to add a note about Giant Palace. They are Player Preferred software. Several people have expressed concern about this casino because of the failed (?) hype and inchilli casinos of the same software.

A trusted affiliate and player here has stated that he has played at Giant Palace and has never had a problem getting paid.
I contacted them about paying US players, and John assured me that... never mind easier to post the emails:

Hello again. I haven't downloaded your casino yet but I don't notice usemywallet/quicktender on your webpage. Is this available for deposits and withdrawals? If not, how would I be paid?

    Thank you.

Also, I've read the Player Prefered is guaranteeing payouts. I never deposited at hype or inchilli because people were having a hard time getting paid. Do you have any assurances for me?

    Regards
    Dear Mr xxxxxxxx

Giant Palace has never had a late payout to any customer and all Player are paid promptly.

We pride ourselves on our fast payouts and you can be assured that any winnings will be paid fast!

The Software supplier did have some issues with the other customers that you mentioned and they moved quickly to ensure tha new operators would pay their player on time which we have agreed to as it is part of our policy

If we can further assist you with any other questions please do not hesitate to ask

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Sincerely,

    John
I'll take the 'no response' to banking method question as a 'NO'. And I will be waiting awhile before I deposit. I haven't formed an opinion yet, just wanted to share what I 'know' at this point. I like the games and truly hope these guys will end up being a great casino.

at 07/10/11 i made a Withdrawal $300 to Neteller, because they have only the Options Neteller and Check.

Deposit was with C2Pay (and played with no Bonus), at the same day i sent them all the Documents they need and get a mail that they have received it

Today i looked into my Account and i must saw that the $300 turned back to Casino Account and i don't know why ?

    1. i note that Chat is not really fast ( you need much time) and the Operators should not name their Names and they are not very helpful.

    2. if you send a mail you get a reply after a few minutes that they received it and that they will assigning it to a representative, but no more, nothing.

i agree with you Lojo and i hope it was a mistake and hope too that they will be ending up with a great Casino but at the moment the hope is small
