32red bad connection?

strange. i just went there to go for the september 32 bonus, and when i tried to deposit, my credit card info was no longer stored. so i just tried re-entering it all, and it said error occurred and to try again or contact support. i went in the lobby and pressed online chat and it says live chat is currently closed? what's with that? anyone else had this or similar? any advice?

edit: live chat works now, sorry to bother you, but the c/c thing is still rubbing me improperly.

edit: lame, they want my documents now, even after i've used the card and been paid to it so many times. friggin uigea somehow applying to me, arrrgghh! feel free to delete this thread, simmo!

i had a similar problem yesterday, i went for the same bonus. went to the instant casino and it was waiting for a minute so i tried again, it then said they couldn't process my card at this moment in time. i went to the download casino, the first time i got the same result, the second time i had to wait about 20 seconds and then it was ok
