    Jackpot Factory Double Dipping!

Has anyone had a problem with JF taking extra deposits from their debit cards lately?? I made 4 $50 deposits and according to my online banking records, they are attempting 5 $50 deposits. I have checked and rechecked the cashcheck feature and sure enough only 4 deposits in this amount have been initiated by me. I emailed them a copy of my online banking page and they acknowledge that I only made four deposits. David Brickman, if you are out there, I suggest you get in touch with me ASAP about this. If no resolution by Tues. AM (Pacific time), I will dispute the charge with my bank and it will be good bye to your group forever. I spend thousands of dollars with you guys and this is the treatment I get??? I don't want some BS excuse that we will credit your account, or we're so sorry, whatever! I didn't initiate the transaction, I don't want your double talk, just make it right or F off!!

Be careful all, if it happened to me, it can happen to you. Awaiting your full and complete explanation and resolution.

Please PM Brickman if you haven't already done so.

And I agree that everyone should closely monitor their account deposits. It's too easy for things to go wrong, and too damn hard to get them straightened out.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

This happened to me around the beginning of the year. There were two extra $100 deposits that I hadn't made, and I didn't even realize it until weeks after it had happened and my checking account was mysteriously low - and a snowball effect of overdraft charges followed.

I emailed their support and sure enough, a couple days later, there were two $100 refunds, but I received no reply from them and no word about the overdraft fees it caused me.

I PM'ed David Brickman and he got it squared away ASAP. Make sure you PM him - being polite will help - and he'll take care of you.

Can I just add something incase

A few weeks ago I made 3 $20 deposits to a casino, Im not naming them because it wasnt their fault and I felt bad because I was ready to jump down their throats

I FIRST live chatted and asked CS "how many money w/d from my acct to your casino do I have in the last 3 days. She said 3. I told her that I have 6 on my bank statement. She told me to look at my history and their were only 3 as well.

So now Im thinking someone is stealing from the casino. Guess What? It was my own bank double withdrawling in error. It happened to all of the bank customers and it took a few days to fix.

So, Im just suggesting........as SW said, please be polite before you accuse someone because I felt really bad but even though I thought it was them, once they found out it was my bank, they still emailed me and said they were happy that it was resolved and they were sorry I had to go through that.

While I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt initially, I am not going to jump through hoops over JF's mistake. I have sent my bank log info to them, they acknowledge that I only made the 4 $50 deps., and they now have about 24hours for it all to be fixed. I don't believe they can. I believe they will offer to credit me the $50 to my account which is beside the point. The point is they seem to have a history of doing things like this (not just JF, but others as well) THE point is, it is stealing even if it is a mistake. I will not therefore be PMing David. While I do appreciate that he responds, he seems to be overwhelmed with problems as it takes him at least 3 days to respond in the past. By this time, the money will have been removed from my account and I will have no recourse. Short of some miraculous action on JFs part, tomorrow AM I will go to my bank and dispute the charge, close the account and open a new one. Simple as that. As you can guess, I am pissed off about this and JF needs to fix it ASAP (read: NOW!!!) As I said in the initial post, I have spent many thousands of dollars with them and never had a withdrawl, but that is another issue for another time. FIX IT JF OR YOU WILL BE THE LOSER IN THE LONG RUN.

I never had to provide my bank info. I emailed them once my own investigation had determined that they were the source. I told them my personal records matched PlayCheck perfectly, yet my bank account had an extra $200 debited against it from their processor.

The $200 was refunded back to my debit card (they did not credit my casino account with the $200 - that would have been unacceptable). I then PM'ed David Brickman to ask about the overdraft fees. He took care of that within a couple days.

When I emailed them I told them that I could provide my banking info if they needed it. Clearly they didn't need it.

Apparently the CS people I talked to required a shot of my online banking log so that I could prove that the extra deposit was taken. Still no word from them and time is ticking away. Tomorrow A.M. all will be resolved on my end. This will be a good size loss to JF as I spend alot of money with them.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be playing with them if I don't hear something quickly. Tick, tick, tick.........

Hey Slotswizard, you mentioned that it happened to you and they refunded it to your debit card? If that is so, any ideas on why they can't refund withdrawls the same way??? Something smells awfully rotten to me.

    remember

the banks are closed today so everything takes an extra day. I really hope it works out for you because if you spend alot of money, it just doesnt seem worth to them to take only a small portion of what you spend.

I was freaking over $60 so I can just imagine the angst your feeling.

I would think so too babs, just bad business decision to mess me around over this. I'm not too concerned by it though. The worst that will happen is I will have to close the account so they can't take the cash. Still, a hassle to go to the bank and dance around why I want the transactions not paid. I guess I'll have to tell them I am having a dispute with the company I made the purchase from and be vague about what it is. Gambling is evil you know HAHAHHAHA! I'll let you know what happens. (I did take earlier advice and PM Brickman about it, we'll see what happens.)

May just have to wave good bye to this whole thing as stuff like this points out what a potential fools game these sites pose. I can drive 30 minutes to an indian casino, but I really like the online slots games. Just don't like them enough to go through this crap!!
