VERY strange experience at 32Red (disconnect)

Just for a change I decided to give the slots a break & have a go at Video Poker tonight.
I was playing 10-play double double bonus power poker.
I have been having poor connection problems all evening, and then after getting an initial deal including KKK (slightly better than KK ) the connection dropped completely.
Re-booted my modem and logged back in expecting to see the same hand...
But I was met by the sight of having a nut-straight instead!

Happy with that as probably a better expected return, but what went on?
Has anyone else ever had this peculiar experience with MG?

no problems with connection....but the cant access playcheck function....or should i say can access but cant view any sessions , just get blank screen .

maybe doin some work on the site or somethin.

while on the subject did anybody qualify for the advertised "Bank Holiday Bonanza" Bonus .....and how impressive did they find their bonus???

Update (Just looked on Playcheck);
The 3 K's ended up with 1FH & 9 x 3oak = returned 3.6 x my bet.

The next hand (the nut straight) returned 4.0 x my bet.

What I still don't understand though, is why I never got the chance to 'double' the first win, and why the second hand automatically appeared even though I quite definitely did not press 'deal'...?

Very strange, i've always found MG to be reliable with disconnects (unlike Chartwell for example)
