This is not rare because 5 scatters give 100 freespins and any additional retriggers (from 3 scatters etc). add 100 freespins. So you get a lot of freespins where you of course will hit retriggers. The only rare event here was
hitting the 5 scatters in the first place.

"Rain Dance" is a very special slot. Hitting the 5 scatters I estimate you have 25%+ chance of hitting the cap.
