    Having a break

After thinking about it for a while i decided to stop gambling til the end of november.
    There are two reasons:
the more important is: the last weeks were frustrating, and although i had a few nice wins, i am down 7k for the month.
today i fired some hundreds into a rtg casino, lost it, fired again and saw myself chasing losses - until i finally heard the alarum bell and stopped at once.

The second is: I cant prove that anything jhas changed with the payout ratio - rtg and MG, but i dont have a good feeling. And thats the best reason NOT to play.
If you cant relax while gambling, dont gamble. That simple.
And, by the way: the only way to make payouts better is a sinking turnover in the casinos.

Anyway: I will enjoy the weeks coming, playing golf in the real Meisterland, working, writing and reading the forum.
I plan to be back for a new try at dec 1st.
Good luck at the tables to all of you in this best forum the internet has ever seen

Be back for the X'Mas celebrations. The casinos may pamper you with gift chips then.

Hey Mikepipe, you just joined the ranks of many who are not playing for the time being for varied reasons. There are always plenty of things to keep us occupied and you can get creative. Initially there is a wee period of adjustment but it sounds like you already have great plans for the next few months. I look forward to the day that I am able to legally play again but until that time there is much life to live, yes? I am glad that you will be sticking around here. Have fun.

Very sensible advice for anyone who ends up chasing.

A smart application of self-discipline, Mike and the right thing to do if you feel uncomfortable.

Look forward to seeing you later this year.

Maybe your gambling a little to excess Mike? If you enjoy gambling and considering your spending 7k a month why not play for much lower wagers for a while? that way you dont have to stop and by the same token not incure such heavy losses.

    Mike

I think that is a great decision as well. Thank you for all of your help and input. I take breaks from time to time as well.

A little advice (Im sure you know this lol) but....take the meister site off of your favorite list if it's there. Thats my downfall. I see it and click it thinking, "ill just see how everyone is doing" next thing you know, something is said and Im off gambling again!

You can always rejoin anytime you want!!! Take Care
