I started out on slots - I had to. There's no potential for a 100x win at blackjack. Blackjack is only useful once your balance is already up there, or if you have blown a little bit on the slots and want to restore it to where you were (note to self: DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK! LOL). Overall I lost $137 on blackjack, so that didn't even end up helping my overall balance.

I wouldn't have been able to get a balance worthy of playing blackjack with, if I hadn't hit a nice feature on Harveys where I got 20 free spins and a 25x multiplier on one of them, giving me that $34 win from a 25¢ bet to get the ball rolling ... then I could make bigger bets, and bigger bets begat bigger wins. I didn't end up cashing out because the highest I got my balance up to was only $500, but it was all from a free $10 bonus so I didn't lose anything and I was very entertained for several hours.

To summarize the net win/loss from each category of game:
Video Poker = +$160.90
Slots = -$18.90
Table Games = -$152.00

Now I know why I have really taken a shining to Video Poker recently.
