Need help please re: Colosseum Casino

I'm a long time lurker here and I realize this is my first post, but I need some help..I opened a new account with Colosseum casino and made a deposit of $18 2 days ago..I bring my balance up to over $400 then leave with it around $370, I try to log into my account yesterday and it says it's locked.I call they tell me to cal back today. I call them today and they said my account is related to a high risk player and they will send me my deposit back to ewalletxpress account but not my winnings. I asked why not and I was hung up on. Any sugg? Thank you

eCOGRA may be helpful (Colosseum is on accredited list at eCOGRA). Note that Colosseum is on the Not Recommended list on this site.

Unless you really have done something 'naughty' (which sounds extremely unlikely on an $18 deposit ), then I would definitely not let this go.
If the casino wont give you an explanation or your winnings, try ecogra. If that fails PAB with Bryan.

If you file a complaint via : http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/

and inform the casino they you have filed a complint, then i guarantee you they will jump out of their skins to pay you.
