    Vegas Palms - unclear issue!

Well, here is the story. Today I deposited 40$ via MB to receive beautiful 200% bonus in Vegas Palms. It was 120$ on my balance after receiving the bonus. Well, I played on European roulette Gold, had some lucky streak and won smthng about 170$ (290$ on my balance - 210$ in cash and 80$ in Bonus). So i decided to withdraw not completing the WR. As I know (for MG casinos) - you can withdraw your winnings at any time, whether you have met the wagering requirements on the bonus or not. I wanted to clarify it and contacted Live Chat operator. But he told me that I will lost all my winnings if I request money before completing the WR!!! WTF??? Please give me correct info - can I withdraw before completing the WR or not?

the majority of mg's do not allow the early cashouts anymore iirc. the only mg bonus i play these days is 32red, just for this reason, 300x on bj is not very favourable compared to a flat 1000/1500 on any game. the thing is they (other mg's) left in all the ezbonus wording, but just add that you MUST complete wagering to cashout. i noticed this at dash and was very confused because it clearly says the cash is always yours, and they brag how clear and easy it is, but they also say wagering is mandatory. quite lame if you ask me, but they were getting killed by whores and also just casual players and they gotta look after theirs

SlotMonster: Thank you for your PM. I have sent you a reply to your questions contained in this post but for the benefit of other forum members I am posting the essence of my mail to you.

Happeygobrokey is quite correct that we do not allow "early cashouts" and under our terms and conditions http://www.vegaspalms.com/TermsOfferPop.asp we provide for this under clause 5 which reads: " If you attempt a withdrawal before fulfilling all the play-through requirements of the Welcome Bonus, you will forfeit your cash winnings and Bonus Balance"

The balance is still in SlotMonster's account in order for him to meet the wagering requirements.

    OK

OK, I agree with you, but why on earth you are not changing your SW according to your T&C? Why I was able to see that I can withdraw in ANY time?

P.S. I'm sorry for posting this thread before issue solved, but I thought that I was right

kudos for the fast response FL, but the fact of the matter is that a lot of the mg terms pages and bonus system pages still say that the cash balance is yours to withdraw anytime. i didn't go check yours, but i know at dash they stress how great the bonus system is, only it's not that great since it no longer acts how it's described. the "must playthrough" line is just thrown in, sometimes not even in the same area as where the bonus format is described. that's the rub.

It seems like MG casinos clone each other every time they create new casino. And even T&C (not only SW desing i.e. text, etc.) stay the same as ages ago

I can fully understand where the confusion may come in.

The page you are referring to does indeed state "Your Cash Balance may be withdrawn at any time". This is a standard page across all MG casinos that make use of the automated bonus system and it cannot distinguish between different offers. It is a MG product and we are unable to make any changes to it.

There is a distinct difference in the terms and conditions between new sign-up offers and promotions to existing players. The above point relates specifically to exisiting players and, as a new player, you were subjected to the terms and conditions of the sign-up offer as I stated in my previous post.

We sincerely apologize for this confusion and will approach MG to change the page to, perhaps, include in that phrase the wording "(Applicable to existing player offers only") or anything else that will stop the confusion.

It is extremely confusing for players that are used to MG EZ-Bonuses and then suddenly some casinos have changed the definition of this MG bonus.

And what is the idea that your bonus balance are transfered in 10$ amounts to you cash balance? It makes no sense. The MG bonus was not intended to be misused this way.

And at least make your sure the withdrawal page explains this and not showing the standard EZ bonus rules you decide not to follow.

How do players know what to believe?
Besides IF someone by mistake try to make a withdrawal, it is very roguish behavior to confiscate it all. Put it back on the account and let the player
    clear the wagering requirement.

Maybe MG is not the right platform for you casinos then. I am sure the RTG casino operators club has even more tricks for you how to confiscate player winnings.

This is just how the system works (as supplied by MG)

And at least make your sure the withdrawal page explains this and not showing the standard EZ bonus rules you decide not to follow.
    Already explained thank you.

We do not confiscate bonuses from bona fide players who display normal betting patterns. We have been through this many times in this forum. In the case of this player, his bonus is still in his account, as I have said.
