THe 75 monthly bonus for existing players......

Its still advertised all over the website. However when you click on the advert (which clearly says 75 every month for exisiting players). It takes you to the claim page for the new players sign up bonus. Sigh - retarded website makers. This was not a problem in previous months as on this new players bonus page there was a small link to the exisiting players bonus which you could click on and claim that way. However this month that link is not there. I am sure they are still running the existing players bonus as it is advertised everywhere but how the hell can I claim it!

should say this is for UK players
I was about to query your first post about this, but I guess the second one means you're in the UK!

Your location "Across the pond" led me to think you were in the USA as CasinoMeister is on THIS side! :p

Why not contact CS by mail or live chat to clarify the situation - I do hope they ARE still doing it as I might have a go this month...
;)

I contacted C.S.and they told me I was no longer eligible for it - as it is only valid for the 1st 12 months from signing up. They insist that this has been the case since day1, and nothing has changed.

Do these staff get hired on like a daily basis - someone at the gates shouts 'you, you & you'?

like how their banner's on the top of this page, advertising 75 a month - no mention that in fact it's invite only. So why don't Littlewoods advertise 250 a month then, or 32red 150 - as that what they give certain customers?

It's for UK players and is EVERY month. They had the link only on the UK site, but I have not checked this month yet, only last.
I was told it was abused by non-UK players, which was why they hid it away. It is still advertised on the UK website, and I have not seen it limited to 12 months. Perhaps they have changed this for this month, and will restrict eligibility to 12 claims per UK player.

I deposited $75 on 01-08-07 and filled out the form (the existing players link was still there) but no bonus thus far. I spoke to LS who told me that they were waiting for the bonuses to be released by there superiors (whatever that means) and to check back in 3 or 4 days time. Guess I'll give LS a go again to see if they'll credit it through that.

I spoke to LS who told me that I claimed my August bonus in July! I told them that surely that's my July bonus and a deposit in August would constitute my August bonus. This they couldn't seem to understand. LS pasted a link to fill out the request form once again and as yet still no bonus. I guess it's probably account specific now.

Maybe not - this happened last month. I claimed early on the 2nd of July, and kept getting error messages. I noticed the error referred to the closing date being 31st JULY. This looks rather like they don't update the claims mechanism on the first of a new month, but a short while after, but backdate to the 1st when adding the T & C.
I tried again mid-month & got the monthly credited.
If the existing player link has been removed, it may well be that they are not making it generally for ALL UK players (and should change the advertising, which then becomes misleading).

This monthly is available in the other 3 casinos for UK players, but only ONE can be claimed. If the Riverbelle bonus is unavailable, it may be worth looking to see if ONE of the others still is.
I have found the Lucky Nugget 50 monthly is claimable through the Viper Lobby (the only one that is now).

If they have changed the criteria for this monthly, they really should inform their previously eligible UK players about these changes, rather than have them wondering what is going on.

The promotions department have just confirmed to me that this is now indeed account specific and invite only, makes their website a bit misleading. This also applies for the Gaming Club Casino.

It backfires on them. The prominence of the banner implies that it is normal to receive the invite, it just being a formality, perhaps to prevent non-UK players using it. However this seems not to be the case. I have not received the invite, so I must be an "abuser", part of a small minority of players who do not use the bonus in the spirit it is given.
Well, apologies for last time, when I abused the June Monthly by claiming it, and adding another 3900 of my own money (which I lost), chasing the leaderboard slots tournament 1500 first prize, only to have it break down half way through and disqualify all my wagering done with the last 3000 of deposits. I am very sorry, I promise NEVER to deposit & lose so much again chasing such a mean leaderboard prize as 1500 cash.
The auction is crap anyway. I have 90000 auction points, but there is NOTHING TO SPEND THEM ON:mad: EVERYTHING seems to fall into three categories:-

1) Won at ridiculous bids of 300,000+
2) Not for my country.
3) Just disappears from view with no feedback as to why (who won & at what bid etc)

I have been trying & bidding for THREE MONTHS now, and not netted a thing. Often, less than one item PER DAY is available.

Which strongly back up my opinion that they are just too poorly run, and clueless, as to how to even begin to run an account-specific monthly promotion. I wouldn't trust their staff or computers to turn off a light switch, let alone make commercial decisions. Financial suicide IMO - what was the damage anyways being done with a 30x bonus, table games counting 10% & non-withdrawable til met wagering - probably nothing much, but their shareholders got greedy I bet.

I looked into these auctions - the clause regarding losing bids not being refunded stopped me! Whats that all about?!

i think you have the bit about losing bids not being refunded wrong somehow :what: It states in their terms and conditions that anything you bid on in the event of it being unsuccesful is returned back to your account for you to bid on something else. As far as im aware you dont lose your auction points by bidding on an item and failing to win it.
