Hi Ryder1, you need to do a search using the menu above which will take you to plenty of, let's say this nicely, complaint threads regarding the casino in question. The panel above also has a section titled "Accredited Casinos" which you can search through and another section called "Rogue Pit" which if I am not mistaken is where you will find your answer. If you play there, they may pay you on the first cashout to give the appearance that they do pay. After that, you will never receive anything. Trust me on that. They are rogue for good reason.

Hey i wish i would of heard about this place sooner! I won 1250 from palace of chance and it's been like pulling teeth....still haven't been paid but called chris at cool cat assures me she's got it all straightened out. we'll see......Mgr dean called me at home screaming in the phone twice saying he had the power to hold the money we'll see........

Simple. They retain the players' deposits and winnings for marketing purposes. Obviously, they have a bigger budget than the good ones.
