Will I get paid?

Hi there:

I played $250 at a MG casino and $250 at a RTG casino. I paid with a credit card and netteller respectively. When my wife saw the charges, she disputed them without telling me. I didn't know till I got a bank statement. Here is the $100 question...

If I play at another RTG or MG casino, or any other Netteller casino, will I be flagged and not paid... flagged and made to pay back the money... or not flagged at all?

Honestly, Im not trying to sound rude or not nice but since this is your first post and it's regarding 2 different casino charges both for the same and high amounts, Im not sure your not here to find out a way to gamble free by using us as a way to find out what the law is regarding this matter

Again, my apologies if Im wrong, but what a wierd thing to ask your first time and Im married and I would ask my husband if I saw any charges like this kind before claiming a dispute, especially 2 different software casinos

Neteller has been out of the US for a good while now so that should not be an issue for anyone looking to play online from Texas and credit cards are no longer working for the most part since the grace period has expired for implementation of the UIGEA. As for being "flagged" I will have to leave that question to a much more experienced poster.

To be completely honest.. I signed up so I can see the winning screen shots. You can't see them if you are not a member. Ohh.. and my wife knew exactly what the charges were. She disputed them anyway.

I don't know if they'll flag you, but they'll probably show up and give you a knuckle sandwich if you welched on your gambling debts.

Do the right thing and pay the money you owe, then you don't have to worry about getting paid if you win. Otherwise it is theft.

You will get black listed for this in any casino! For Paytech even on a platform wide level, for RTG and MG I would not know.

The best thing to do for you is to contact the casino manager and have it sorted out at least if you want to keep gambling online.
