MG Vs RTG! How long does Your money last?

More out of curiosity here than anything, but would be interesting to see what people think of the comparison between the two brands in terms of getting value from your deposits. I like RTG slots personally, unfortunatly deposits for me at an RTG dissapear quicker than free pints in a working mans club so I wil lhave to vote for MG.

I could have voted 'other' for Crypto, but the question was aimed at MG v RTG.
I have probably made more profit (average/casino) from Crypto's than any other, with MG a very close second.
RTG slots usually just eat my money & laugh, though they can be mega sometimes!

Especially at the end of the month when services charges are due. Thats why I opened up another account at another bank....to stash away mad money(which never seemed to last too long).
But it is lasting longer now that Im not playing as much online. I figure its doing more good sitting in the account than lasting about 5-10 minutes lately at the online casinos

I went Playtech only because their free spin slots are lower variance than the others and I get more bang for my buck, but rarely anything big. RTG lasts longer than MG in terms of # of spins to deposit ratio, but again it's rare to win big. I win most regularly on MG and Wagerworks so I guess I could tick all 4

Reason I stick to RTG's is because I love playing Cleopatras Gold and Paradise Dreams. I haven't come across these games in the other softwares as of yet.
And now that I was just informed that once all RTG casinos migrate to the new servers, my system won't be able to support the casino.
You know what that means right?! My deposits will be sitting in my bank account longer.
Unless I come across another casino other than RTG that has the games I like to play. (And my system can support the casino)

Ive followed Mike advise and I moved to Bodog (again).......well Im still playing with the same 60 bux for the last 24 hours....lets see what happens.

After an exhausting scientific study the other night I would definitely say my money lasts the longest at MG casinos.

RTG $50 depost + $25% bonus = total play time less then 10 minutes

MG $50 deposit + 25% bonuse = total play all night plus I made a withdrawal (omg do you hear that RTGs!)

Btw. you should not forget, that you can withdraw your money on MGs at any time, so the comparison is not really fair

So mabye you should be fair and play on both "without" any bonus and i think that the $ 50 are surely faster away on MG as on RTG

Btw. it depends on, on which RTG you play, because they have all another payouts, not like MG!

Always lasts longer at RTG as far as I have seen.... The only difference is that I rarely see large wins at RTG. During the times that MG pays out (not often) - then the $$ lasts a bit longer.

Last five deposits at RTG have been hoovered by the snuffeluffagus. 3 days ago deposited 20 each @ 2 MG casinos and am still playing on both of them. One no bonus and one 200% SUB - balances are within $15 of each other. Strictly slots so far.

Some crazy anomolies though... 8 bongo bonuses in <100 spins on Bush Tele, one of them five drums, but none paid more than 20x bet. Mostly playing the T-Raider clones and haven't seen free spins yet

All casinos as you know Mike have their good days and bad days sometimes they have their good weeks followed by their bad weeks. I cant believe how well im doing with Jackpot city myself but I am and im not complaining lol Yesterday however i spent most of the day playing there and went down bout 150, very little came out. Today however bang right back upto form, hit a nice 80 odd quid win on Prime Property and then a nice win of 50 odd on Star Scape. This is day number 6 and still just on the 400 mark

I had only luck with AllSlots, because i played there about 10 times and could at every time double my amount (always with a deposit between $50-100), except at one time, so i can also say, they were good, but now they send me very often spammails and i told them 5 times, to stopt this shit, because i've unsubscribed me also more times, but they don't stopped it, so i told them, that i'll never play on their casino, because i hate spamcasinos!
These spammails only just begun, as i've played not there for 2-3 weeks, or so, but that's not a reason for me, to go back and play again, even at the opposite!

Depends what you mean by spam mike. I receive scores of different emails every day, some are spam i agree but the casinos of which im a member of and that i play often at cant really be spam? I get lots of bonus offers and competition entries and promotion mailings. Are they spam? To some probably to me no. they only become spam to me if i leave a casino or am not a member of one to begin with.

Whatcha gonna do? I think I'd pull out 100% profit, leaving 285 to diddle with, of that I'd play 100 exactly as you have been, 100 like KK or Simmo and throw in the occasional gut feel +/- 9 bet so you've got +/- ten random chances of pulling down a smasher!
Lets see... if five lara's (not lined up...does it matter?) pays 902.25 on a .75 bet then she oughta give ya nine grand before the free spins start on a 7.5 bet.

Seriously, I have not won a bean from any MG site (spent about 1000 and tried about 5 of them- probably got one hours play for the lot) but win loads at Playtechs (spent about 12000 and got back 9000 and probably got 3 months worth of play when all added together).

Just goes to show that maybe it all about being in the right place at the right time.

Regarding RTG vs MG I would say there are some RTGs where your money lasts definitely longer than at MGs. But there are some RTGs where you hit simply nothing, no matter what you do, so you're destined to lose everything quickly. If you are used to MGs, and try out two RTGs with different payouts, you will be shocked.

I haven't played enough with Wagerworks slots to judge.

Regarding Playtech free spins slots, as others already mentioned, they are almost exlusively low variance slots. For instance the "Desert Treasure" slot pays only 500x line bet for the second top symbol (five wilds pay 10000x). But my experience is that they can also run completely dry for a while, and it hurts, because you can't really believe that "the big win or feature" will break you even, unless you hit 3-4 wilds. I have to note that some of their non-free-spins slots have quite high variance I guess. Especially their 8liners, they can wipe 100-200x your total bet within half an hour, but can also give 3-4 50x total bet features in the next half an hour.

Only 50 p x 5= 2-50 a hand on Video Poker. I am amazed at my bad luck with MG. I know it is very bad luck because reading this board, one would think MG are the best. I have been to the MG casino's that are highly rated here too. At one stage, I wondered whether this forum was a MG sponsored site- that is how paranoid I got. I know it isn't- just had a really really unlucky time with them and after 5 tries, I guess someone is trying to tell me, 'if you in a hole, stop digging'. I have given up on MG.

Every MG casino site blows hot and cold annoyed I havent joined one that doesnt (although im pretty gobsmacked at jackpotcity at the mo, 50 deposit 15 days ago and 1235 showing in my balance now and ive played 8+ hours every day) sorry i digress

Point being that i think in all probability you have been really really unlucky. I find that if the casino im playing on is blowing cold and very little is coming out, ill just bite my tongue, switch it off and try again the next day. Very often youll be surprised at the change
