The ebook is great, if you want a good laugh. All it talks about is "how much you can make". It has nothing to do with actually playing the game

The not so funny story behind my question is that a player lost in our casino using this strategy and claim our software to be ridged as he was supposed to win x$ per hours for sure!

They claim on that site to have a 100% moneyback guarantee. Has the player tried to go that route?

Even so, I think that's enough grounds to get his site shutdown for good.

From what I gathered by clicking on the "order now" or whatever it was, it's simply ebooks. No software involved.

I should order it to share it with all of you but it p. me off to give those scammer some cash!

I'll advise the player to ask for the refund but he might get even more angry about our casino. Maybe just better to give him a kickback and advise him not to get trap in any system that claim to win 100% of the times.

What do you think?

I'd refund his deposit, but that's just my 2c

..Along with a letter explaining how he got scammed in the first place, and letting him know that it's not going to work at 9 out of 10 casinos he tries to "get rich quick" at.

Anyone who pays for a "guaranteed winning system" gets what they deserve!
No-one in their right mind who ever really did invent such a system would EVER think about selling it.
