Should I be worried about getting paid here? I won about $1500 and am curious if I should be nervous at all. I did a search and found some instances of them not paying.........I don't see them on the rogue list though.

Any comments?

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Not every bad casino is listed in the rogue section, any more than every good casino is listed in accredited.

I've not personally played at Swiss, mainly because they are one of a large number of 'dodgy' Playtech casinos.

Being on this list does not mean you wont get paid, but you could well face some stalling tactics & have to wait patiently for your money.

I suggest you wait to see what happens for say about 2-weeks after your withdrawal request, and if you're still having problems come back here for help.

Hi..I used to get paid regularly by swiss casino via ordinary cheque,which took about 10 days or so.

But I think this group of playtech must be under new management because I keep getting spam emails from them,which I never did before.This group use to include monacogold casino I think,but for some reason has changed to enter casino,and they sure do spam my inbox good.

Not sure if they pay up now, cause I don't frequent their group of casinos no longer.

Thanks for asking this question, because i had installed this Casino, but the last few days my Computer was always very slow, when i surfed in the Internet, so i've made now a virus check and see what happens!



That means, that this Casino and Club Dice, have a Trojaner on it, so please deinstall it directly, before you have also some problems and i think, this is, why you get also very much spammails from them, because i got also the same shit every day and couldn't stop this, because their "unsubscribe" link doesn't work!

I recived these spam mails too, with some nice bonus offers.

So i made a deposit of 200euro and should recive 200euro in bonus money, as stated in their email. But guess what, after some runaround on their, all time not avaible "24/7 livechat" i was told im not eglible for any boni in their casino...
