I have read some of the posts with interest and am happy that some people have had trouble free experiance from a diversity of casino's, however to read that they are happy with Intercasino? Come on their software might be good but their service is not the greatest.
All their emails responses are templates. They claim a above 95% quality of their responses. Of course with a template your response is correct,but does it answer the players questions? I think not. They have a policy of employing only multilingual (?) agents. Now while their various language support is ok their english responses are terrible.
Not an indication of the people themselves, just a reflection on the company that does the customer service (wagerlogic).![]()
of all the casino spam... i get hit with intercasino the most. every single day. sometimes twice. i live in the u.s. are they that stupid? i have written them and i makes no difference. dont know how they got my email since i never played there. very annoying and just for that, if we can ever play again here, i will not deposit with them.
LOL. No, sorry folks...I meant I've been playing there for 1 yr! Yes Mike, it is because I am from the U.S. I can't use my Neteller, so they send checks by courier which takes an average of 20 working days. Ridiculous, but I've always gotten my money, and the checks are accepted at my bank with no problem.

In MY personal experience, Club World has never given me any problems with deposits, withdrawls, untimely payouts or it's software and I have been playing there about a year or so.
But, this is just me. Everyone has a different situation. Im in no huge hurry to get my winnings (im in the US and it takes 7-10 days for my wire transfer from ClubWorld). When I was able to use neteller and click2pay it was in my account by end of business day
