3 weeks to get paid, dont you find that excessive ?

I won some money on a casino 2 days ago, and ask for a withraw via my instadebit account. 2 days later it's still pending, so i go to live chat and ask the person how long it takes to process an instadebit withdraw and she tell me that all withraw takes 3 weeks to process....

Don't you find that a bit excessive ? Btw it's one of the Recommended casino on this site....

A "bit" excessive isn't the right word! It's "very" excessive if indeed it applies to all withdrawals. Are you sure it's not only for first-time withdrawals where ID and docs are needed? Even then that is way too long...the most I'd come across was 14 and most will do first timers inside a week.

Or maybe she meant it takes 3 weeks to hit your bank?

    Which casino?

    Thumbs down

When I was able to use INSTADEBIT... I had withdrawals processed in LESS than 5 minutes...

Since INSTADEBIT transactions are done directly through your bank account... and they are a third party processor (similiar to Neteller) no ID should be required for the casino to process your withdrawal.

    14 days is totally ridiculous!!

    I agree it's retarded.

However, while bonus-whoring, I've also played at places that took much much longer to cash out (I'm looking at you, Virtual Group)

Outrageously slow... for any method. Most half decent casino's will have a cheque on your doorstep within seven days if you so desire... When you get the money, I suggest an 'uninstall' and a shop around!

Thanks for the feedbaks guys. Before posting the name of the casino i have decided to wait 5 working days to see what happens. Cause on the site banking section there is 2 contradictory statement. The only one i saw when i signup was this one :

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 business days, except Firepay which will be processed after 6 business days!

Then there is this other statement :

We value your business and will do everything we can to offer as many deposit and withdrawal options as possible and to keep the time it takes to process withdrawals to a minimum. Please expect withdrawals to take approximately 3 weeks to process. Thank you.

A bit contradictory don't you think ? Anyway i'll see what happen after the 5 working days time. I asked for my withraw on the 27th.

It's not really very sinful, to post a complain and then didn't name the casino, because everyone want to know, when such things happens in any casino!

Not important, if the casino is accredditet or not, but maybe someone can tell you more, when he/she know, from which casino you speak!?
