    10 High Hold 'Em?

Does this screen shot look wrong? Or I am missing something fundamental about this new game?

    Yup

It seems like your Ace value is 1 ...not 14?!
And the screenshot show that you have a 3 of a kind ...against dealer's full house?!
    ...that doesn't make sense.

    Or did i miss something?!

Anyway... here is a rules (by Golden Casino)

At least one of the Player's hole card must be used to form a winning combination.
this should be the reason. but it seems that the dealer doesn't need to play one of his holecards ...

Read the fine print. You must use at least 1 of your hole cards to qualify. For the bonus, you must use both.

Notice in your screenshot that the board plays, and neither of your cards are used.

    This is confirmed at: http://help.goldencasino.com/Table_G...d_Em_Poker.htm

Initial Bet: Players hand is formed by using his/ her hole cards in combination with the community cards. At least one of the Player's hole card must be used to form a winning combination.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    You are all wrong!

The error with this screenshot is that this player has made a deposit, and is playing, at GOLDEN CASINO

The "hole card" rule is affecting the chances, however not holding the dealer to the same rule, AND not mentioning it, moves the HE further in favour of the dealer, especially noticeable when the 5 community cards are a pat hand of some quality.

It would be very interesting to get a sample of hands and see just how many times the board is played....ie: automatic dealer win.

its the fineprint, as vwm said:
You have to use one hole card for win or even for split pot.

If it's Hold 'Em (and this is Hold 'Em!) - aka23 should be winner this hand.
I had never seen more strange rule when with fullhouse on flop player busts with high card (Ace) higher than dealer have!
