We really appreciate your loyalty to the William Hill Casino, so in June we're offering all returning players a free £25 cash bonus. To claim :

Login to any of our download casinos
Make your first chip purchase of at least £25
We will then immediately match your purchase by crediting your account with an additional £25 bonus.

That's £25 free cash for all existing players - Download Now
How Many £25 Match Bonuses Can I Receive?
For as long as you play in the William Hill Casino you will be eligible to receive one match bonus each period.

Note - until you have met the bonus wagering requirement, you will not be able to withdraw any winnings from your casino account.

Promotion Terms And Conditions
General promotion terms and conditions apply
Match Bonus is available June 1st, 00:01
The monthly match bonus offer applies to the download casinos only. Ecash dollar casino does not qualify
To cash out the bonus you must wager an aggregate total of £500 for the £25 match bonus
Due to a dramatic increase in the number of players abusing our bonuses, it is with great reluctance that players from China, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal or the Ukraine will no longer be eligible for this bonus
To qualify for the match bonus you must have previously received your new player bonus in a previous calendar month
To qualify for the match bonus you must make a single chip purchase in the Casino of at least £25. Multiple chip purchases totalling £25 or more will not qualify for bonus cash

and my query below.......
i cant figure it out ......do they want my money? ...bet they dont get any loyal customers ....wonder why?

Hi

As a new player if I don’t want the £50 sign up bonus ….when can I claim the £25. match bonus?

Because you are saying that I must deposit £50 first before I can claim the £25.monthly bonus?

What if I do not want to deposit £50? Am I then excluded from ever claiming the £25 monthly bonus?.

Mr Hobo

Dear Mark,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We have investigated your query and found that you have not received the
£25.00 monthly bonus at William Hill Casino because you have not yet claimed
the sign-up bonus. To be able to do that, you need to make a single chip
purchase of £50.00 or more in the downloaded casino. We will then
immediately match your purchase by crediting your account with an additional
£50 bonus and the following months you will be able to receive £25.00
monthly bonus in the downloaded casino.
.................................................. .................................................. ........................................

Hi

so unless i deposit £50 in one go i will never be able to claim the £25.00 monthly bonus. ..plus i deposited £60 in one day but
because i did not transfer (or purchase as you call it ) from the sportsbook to the casino more than £50.00 yhen i still cant qualify for the bonus??????? its bizzare ...why do i have to deposit money and then purchase chips for the casino???? .............this sounds like bull to me ....just like your T&cs ..........liars .....liars .....bums on fire .....

mr Hobo.

Dear Mark,

Thank you for your e-mail.
As explained in our T&Cs because you have not yet claimed
the sign-up bonus of £50.00 you are not eligible to claim the £25.00 monthly bonus,
and yes you did make a deposit of £60,00 in one day but you did not make a single chip purchase of £50 or more to qualify for the new player bonus.

Honestly, I don't know what your problem is.
Will Hills has been one of my most profitable casinos over the last 6 years - just claiming the $40 monthly.
I wish I could claim another $80 (or £50) bonus - it's easy money at Will Hills!
Just claim the SUB, get your monthlies, and enjoy!

They have an atypical system for a Crypto.

Try this,

1) Deposit £50 into the sportsbook account.
2) Log in to the casino.
3) the £50 will transfer automatically, and the £50 bonus will appear. While you say you were not after this, it seems that to get the monthly bonuses you have to have ALL bonuses, or register for NO bonuses at all.

4) Log out of the casino (unless you want to play). The £50 is transferred back to the sportsbook where you can still make sports bets or play in the instant games. The £50 remains ringfenced for play in the casino.
The downside is that NO WITHDRAWAL can be made until you have played out the WR for the £50 casino bonus in the casino. The same would be true though for the monthly.

5) When you log on to the casino again, your sportbook balance will be transferred again. With the SUB it would be wise to allow transfer of everything, despite the fact that you will spot an obvious advantage play.
WARNING - the "obvious advantage play" is not quite what it seems, as zeroing out does NOT clear the WR, and you will STILL be unable to withdraw from the sportsbook till you have deposited again to the casino and have the "turn requirement" indicate £0.00.

6) For the monthlies, you do not actually have to deposit another £25 to your sportsbook account, as transferring existing credit into the casino counts as a "chip purchase" for bonus purposes.

7) The only credible way to really "abuse" the willhill casino bonus is to place a single big bet on Blackjack, and grind out on Blackjack if you win. This can be repeated on each of the monthlies by ensuring only £25 remains in the sportsbook account into the new bonus month. They are on the lookout for this one, and it seems players are getting banned, and some are having winnings seized. It is a valid play, however it is +EV forever, so don't expect to get away with it.

8) KK is not banned because he knows how not to get caught by such obvious plays, yet still turns a modest profit over time (not quite so modest at WillHill it seems ) - see his site for more details on his strategy.

9) There is a bug in the casino cashier as follows:-

If your willhill account is in pounds and you are from the UK you will have probably joined through "willhill.co.uk". Unfortunately, the casino cashier button attempts to pass you to banking at "willhill.com", and the bug first appears because you are asked to re-enter your password. it wont work, and you will be bounced to a full logon screen asking for account name & password. Again, this wont work and it will seem you have no account

Forget about asking CS for help, just go to the browser address field at the first "bug" screen asking for just the password. Change "com" to "co.uk" and press "go", you will then be on the site that recognises your account. Entering your password will now log you in.

10) There is ANOTHER bug in the casino launch process. Occasionally, the casino will launch, but fail to initiate chip transfer. You will think your money has vanished It hasn't - just exit the casino, wait a while, and try again. The bug usually clears, and you will get the transfer screen asking how many chips to transfer.

While this may have helped advantage players, had CS been better with this player to start with, this question would not have been raised, and this lengthy guide to the quirks of the willhill casino that CS don't have a clue about would have not been necessary.

hobobiker is very cool!hobobiker is very cool!
misleading

cheers

i do understand how the bonus works now .....but its a bit shitty that i have deposited over £200 and cant get any bonus because i did not realise that i had to buy the chips in a £50 lump from the £60 single deposit i just made?? (if that makes sense) .....its really nit-picky that i cant claim the bonus simply by depositing £60 at once........and did not read the wording correctly ...."single chip purchase" i mean for f**ks sake i transfered it in £20 and £10 blocks within an hour ..............i like the software and games but the bonus bollocks and their refusal to give a bit of leeway has put me off a bit........

very very misleading......

and very very mean.

Not sure if approach detailed in 7) really suits Will Hill, all well and good when you win but Will Hill's Wager requirement carries over from month to month so you could be left with a £950 (2 months x £500 - your £50 wager) wager requirement in month 2 if you put all on 1 hand of BJ in month 1 and lose.

Not that I do this (and sure KasinoKing neither), play it straight and take your £25 no bother.

ps. If you're that interested in the £25 monthly I can't for the life of me figure out why you don't want the welcome bonus!!!!!!!!!

Whats impressive here is that you got an email response only 2 days after you sent in a response. They seem to be improving. I'm still waiting for mine 2 years and 3 months after I sent it

Have you thought about sending a reminder at all...?

I always low-roll my Will-Hill bonus (as you would expect) 1-2 chip hands on Pontoon, PaiGow & a bit of Blackjack.
Don't very often play slots there because the bonus is too small for high-variance games.

I love the banking system, as VWM described; It means I only withdraw about 2-3 times per year (I let it build up to a decent figure), and never have to deposit!
