When I have tried other sites the connection has been fine but only problems with Ladbrokes so I do'ny know mate.
Funny you should mention the loaded promo because I was playing it last night but kept getting dropped and in the end I was short of the WR at 12pm so I phoned them and told them wahta had happened.
Support told me to continue until playthrough was met and they would leave a message with the promom people and it would be up to there discretion
I was'nt to bothered because I figured they would give it to me as it was their fault and i had met the palythrough.
I have heard nothing today so I snet an email hours ago asking what was happening and I have still not heard anything.
All this on top of their crap payout % they are not my favourite people right now
