The problem is in getting paid!
Blackjack may well be allowed, but taking down the SUB with Blackjack is causing increasing trouble. WillHill has refused to pay one player who did the SUB on Blackjack, citing "bonus abuse". This was all Will Hill had, the player met the actual T & C, but WillHill decided that the player simply wanted to make off with the EV from the SUB, and not come back and play other games.
Playtech share "bonus abuse" data, and doing too many Playtech SUB's can suddenly result in non-payment from what seems a completely unrelated operator. Microgaming have an increasingly tough "security company", and a number of big
MG groups have been blasted for not paying players just because they played "clever" with the SUB while keeping within the T & C.
To make it as hard as possible for a casino to screw you over for playing Blackjack, make certain of the exact T & C, and take a copy as some less reputable casinos slip in an extra terms or two after the fact if they are in dispute with players, and then cite this terms claiming it had always been there & the player should have read it. Prism group come to mind recently on the one.
