    Exclamation Contacting Intercasino?

This isn't really a complaint, hence I did not post it in the complaints section. Intercasino has always been super good as far as my account with them has gone, but I have a couple of questions for anyone that might know:

    1) I accepted the Wild Card bonus in May. I did a fair amount of wagering on video poker (I have no idea how much exactly), however when I recently looked at the bonus status under my promotions, it said that I had only wagered $5! Seems like something isn't tracking correctly.

Now to the more important issue...

    2) When I tried to contact Intercasino by e-mail (at support@intercasino.com) to ask them to check into the above-mentioned situation, my e-mail bounced and the message that came back said that my message had been filtered. So I tried to e-mail ryanh@intercasino.com and got the exact same result.

I do use a free e-mail service and can understand that mails from that provider might be blocked due to other users sending spam from that address, but in that case, wouldn't Intercasino at least add the e-mail addresses of its own clients to their Whitelist? Seems a bit strange that I can't contact them in this manner.

Does anyone know an alternate e-mail address that may not block my communications?

I will appreciate anyone's thoughts in this regard.

Well, I've had normal communications with them using my hotmail address. You can register one easily and for free travelmom.

    Hotmail

Thank you for the suggestion. Right now I'm using safe-mail.net and I have had no problems communicating with any other casinos. I don't really like using any Microsoft product (and hotmail is a Microsoft product) any more than absolutely necessary, and I don't prefer to have to juggle between e-mail accounts, especially where one has been created just to communicate with one casino.

Nevertheless, if worse comes to worse and there are no other possibilities, then that is what I will do.

In the meantime, if anyone has any other ideas, I will look forward to hearing about it. -- Ah! It just occurred to me... I wonder if there is a representative of Intercasino on this forum? I am going to check the user database and see if I can contact them privately via this means. Maybe that will solve the issue.

I have just sent him off an e-mail by way of this forum and explained the problem (both of them, actually) -- so he should be able to look into it.

    Thanks for your help!

Why faff with emails when they'll phone you for free!?

Oh wait, that's techinically E-Cash, so maybe no good then.
Call their free number for a much faster response.

I use hotmail, and have always got emails ok.

    1. Crypto casinos have brilliant log viewers, just click on 'Log Viewer' at the bottom left of your screen and that will tell you exactly how much you wagered on each game.

    2. Send a PM to Ryan Hartley here at CM.
But I would not be surprised if he's gone to CAC (where the CasinoMeister & Simmo are right now) - so you may not get an answer this week...

Assistance for Travelmom from Ryan Hartley

    Hi there Travelmom,

Thank you for your post on Casinomeister and please accept my apologies for not having replied to you sooner. As surmised by KasinoKing, I was indeed out of the office last week.

I would very much like to assist you with your query regarding a Wild Card bonus in May, but I need more information in order to be able to effectively resolve your query. I have checked my CasinoMeister Inbox but there is no e-mail form you there. If you could drop me a line with your account number or username, that would be fantastic!

The second part of your query regarding your e-mail messages to both support and my personal e-mail address are best addressed with our Customer Service Centre. I believe that if you were to use a Yahoo or Gmail account, you might have better luck. If you call support on the toll free number suitable for your area, I'm sure you will get the assistance you require.

I trust the information above assists you and I look forward to receiving a personal e-mail from you in Casinomeister soon. Alternatively, if your e-mails get through to the call centre, they will be able to assist you too.

    Kind regards,

    Ryan
