What is the best alternative now?

Usually I used my Neteller ATM Card to withdraw the fund there.

Now what's the best option now?

1. Neteller cheque (might takes 1-2 months to clear at band ?)
2. Casino cheque (good casinos,e.g inetbet)
3. Casino wire transfer (e.g. Inetbet)
4. Ecocard Wire Transfer

(I know there are other methods, like click2pay,credit card, but I am familair with Neteller and Ecocard only)

Problem

This is the problem. Here in the UK, cheques from Neteller are almost as fast as a bank transfer, however it seems in other countries these cheques can take a month or two to clear. This means that after having cut out it's main market, Neteller have now inflicted a long wait for other markets that used to be able to get money instantly with the ATM card.
How is it that only now are the rules preventing the Neteller card from operating, and how is it that other eWallets are still able to operate their own cards?

It is not just players who have funds trapped, many investors have shares they cannot sell, or even value. Of interest will be the next couple of quarterly trading statements from Neteller - they are leaving a hole in the market by these clumsy and seemingly illogical actions - and they are failing to communicate effectively. Everything they have done seems to have been rushed into with no forethought or advance warning. Businesses are supposed to be able to predict likely changes and react in an ordered fashion. Neteller are forever caught napping and have to make the changes yesterday because they didn't see the predicament coming.
