I also got the email and am very disappointed with Neteller. The ATM card was very convenient when withdrawing my gambling winnings. Now I'll be broke as I'll be using my own money to pay for gas/petrol and other things

Well i just finished talking to Neteller VIP.....and they said it was for a duplicate account...It seems somebody in early March tried/did open an account with my name and address. They said they are going to go after this and try and find out who or whatever did this. They know it wasn't me anyways....

The same with me, because if i need the money fast, i withdraw it with netelller, to pick it up with my neteller card, but when this option is no more available, for what should i use this?

I get also with moneybookers my money within 2 working days and neteller takes a little bit longer, so there is nor eason for me, to use it in the future, but the only problem is, that Cryptologic (Intercasino) don't accept deposits and withdrawals with moneybookers

The other thing of neteller is, that i asked them, why the hell tey couldn't make the "austrian" side in "german" because every people in austria speak the "german language" and english is not our mother language!

they told me only, that the german side is only for germany available and for austrian member sis the global side (english) to use!

*lol*

every e-wallet make their side in german, moneybookers, eco-card, click2pay and so on... but neteller doesn't make it, because they ae a little incompetent

a little hope

in the end of the neteller mail there is this:
We regret any inconvenience and are working hard to provide new card services to you as quickly as possible

I don't know if is a truth or lie but there is a little hope

Wonder how long that will take or maybe it's a lie.

It's likely to take some time before Neteller can fix this, as I see it - first they have to find a new third party processor who will work with them and then they would presumably have to re-issue all the cards.

It would be nice if they were decent enough to let their users know exactly what's going on here - how come Cirrus etc abandoned their considerable business at such short notice?

And why have they effectively frozen fund transfers from Neteller to the Neteller cards before their users have a chance to retrieve some of their monies prior to the May 2nd deadline?

ThePokerprof is on a distinguished road
So what are the solutions for those who want an online account for gaming transactions WITH a debit card attached?

I see no mention of a debit card at the click2pay website.

I seem to remember that a few sportsbooks used to offer a debit card attached. Can't seem to find anything useful via google. Anyone know?

Other ideas?
