If i remember correctly, you get these messages, when the casino hasnt enough funds in their neteller account.
But contact their Rep here, he is a good man. (Grandacesgeisha)

What the hell are Wager Junction playing at!

Were they not one of the few reputable RTG casinos. That offer from Windows looks like the sort of thing you might get from a dodgy outfit. That offer is totally pointless, but it opens the possibility of falling into a trap should you deposit without realising this bonus is going to be added after registering.
The declined Neteller payments do indeed mean the casinos merchant account cannot cover the transaction. I cannot understand why Neteller cannot state this clearly, without all this waffle about contacting the merchant. the casino CS will know little or nothing as casinos outsource payments, and this could lead to a nine month saga similar to the one I had with Jackpot Factory, which was the same error with the same cause, but the casino did not have a clue, and neither did the rep at first.

Wager Junction should realise that as an RTG casino, they have to try harder than the others due to the poor reputation RTG have in general, and these latest blunders are not the way to go about it.

    That explains it then.

This has become VERY confusing, and Wager Junction should have been more careful with Public Relations after buying Windows and making known an intent to improve it and run it properly. Bad news about Windows is going to be bad PR for Wager Junction until players get to grips with all these corporate movements. Perhaps it would have been better to kill it off rather than sell it on.

    Payments

    Hello Guys

I havent been here for some time as i have been swamped - nothing ever changes in that regard.

I spoke to the Casino and basically the issue is that there was a problem with the Playtech automated Neteller withdrawal system. I followed up the initial email to kaatra with this advice so not sure how my first email was received but not the second .

Hilary - you are a very fortunate lady and i believe that you have been in touch with the Casino people . It states quite clearly on the site that players from your country are not allowed . It is not up to us to block you out - it is up to you to read the terms and conditions - you are however getting your money - there are not to many casinos who would do that irrespective of Software platform now is there .

Finally with regards to the bonus situation - i have spoken to the Casino about it and unless you are a Casino operator you would not understand the complexity involved in this . Hell - it freaks me out . I agree the bonus is a nonsense - it is that way because of the way that Playtech apply their bonuses - the casino has had to implement the no cash out rule .

After speaking to the Casino i think that this bonus will be coming to an end in due course as there is no way to run this properly with the current set of rules that Playtech applies to this. this is on the backend side of things .

FYI - Playtech are working on making this easier for operators to run but i do not have timescales . In essence we are in a no win situation here - i offer a bonus to get people to try out the Casino and i get players but they cant cash in from the bonus -this is clearly defined in the t&Cs as you all know . At the same time it is the players choice as to wether they want to take the bonus or not . If you do not want to take it - dont take it .

Vinyl - im not to sure where you get your info from but you have made very pleasant reading from my end . You are way of base on this occasion my friend .

The passing of the bill has hurt various companies in many ways and there is no doubt that there is going to be a lot of consolidation in the industry . Already we have seen the closure of one RTG and with the sale of RTG i think you will witness a lot more change . We have been hurt by the fact that we take no players from the USA - i have many friends from there on both the player level and partner level . It hurts to not be able to make income for these people or pay them or pay them on time . That is the reality we have had to face . We are however a Gaming Company and that is what we do .We dont have sidelines in other industries so we are here for the long haul . You can not judge an outfit by the software that it has - that is a very simplistic viewpoint. i have worked for a MGS outfit that has now been sold on that would have beaten a lot of RTGs into second place with the amount of skullduggery that took place - they were clients and they were warned re thier activities by our management and they then chose to move on.

I have been proudly associated with this board for a long time and have assisted people when they needed assistance . We are not perfect - no one is - but we do ensure that everyone gets dealt a fair hand and gets what is due to them.

Now off to the other thread

Take care and have a great day guys

    Regards
    Greg

Strange that RTG have not yet issued a public statement on the sale, which dates back to early this year - that's about as important an announcement as a company gets to make.

I think RTG relies on telepathy when it comes to press releases. RTG would be a great case study for any MBA student writing their thesis on "regressive public relations."

Have they ever sent out a press release on any major event? (bringing on Montana, Bodog, new slots, software glitches, improvements, etc.).

They are their own worst enemy at times.
