That is axactly why I toned down my play at the Rival casinos. I was running into too many "Visual glitches" that always were in the casinos favor. It makes me wonder if I slowed down my play and actually counted up each hit if it would be correct or not all the time. The whole experience is a visual process for me and if you can't believe what you see on the screen then there is something very wrong.

To their credit they did make up the difference with me with a no deposit bonus for the 30 dollar difference in the last glitch I reported to them but it carried a 20X playthrough on it and I busted that out in two minutes.

I still play the reload bonus monthly on one of the rivals but I don't deposit as much as I used to that is for sure.
