Angry I haven't RISKED my funds??!!

I am rather peed off. Ok, so I receive a promo email stating all new players will receive a $10 bonus, (I dont want to mention names till they have time to attend to my complaint) so I register, go through the motions, get acknowledgement that I have successfully registered, told to log in to receive my bonus, then a screen comes up telling me that due to bonus abusing I will not receive my sign up cause I haven't risked any of my funds! Bullcrap. What do they call $500 over the past 30 days, is that not enough risk! Has anyone else had this problem? I feel insulted and humiliated. Not only this, but the same place ended up doing an unauthorized withdrawal from my personal chequing account as well! (Got it back, they put it into my casino account, where I ended up losing it all anyhow) So, how much would I have to deposit before they tell me I have risked enough to receive this bonus? Anyone? Please reply

Risking Funds to get a bonus

Deja Vu...I have this same thing going on with a group, who at the moment shall remain nameless until I get my last withdrawal processed. I followed the rules, got my bonuses, did the required playthrough cashed out a couple of times, played again deposited $500 and then was told I couldn't get the bonus OR the VIP points I was accumulating because I hadn't "risked" enough of my money. They even gave me a high roller bonus (which of course I couldn't cash in). I can't help it if I got lucky a couple of times. I have empathy for you! And good luck with getting VIP points

Sounds like it might just be a mistake on their end. Have you gone here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showgroups.php to contact a rep? And here: http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/index.php to see if you have any hope of fair play with the group?

    Good luck

Wait, how do you get a new player bonus if you've already played $500 with them?

I obviously have no idea what's going on.
