I am rather peed off. Ok, so I receive a promo email stating all new players will receive a $10 bonus, (I dont want to mention names till they have time to attend to my complaint) so I register, go through the motions, get acknowledgement that I have successfully registered, told to log in to receive my bonus, then a screen comes up telling me that due to bonus abusing I will not receive my sign up cause I haven't risked any of my funds! Bullcrap. What do they call $500 over the past 30 days, is that not enough risk! Has anyone else had this problem? I feel insulted and humiliated. Not only this, but the same place ended up doing an unauthorized withdrawal from my personal chequing account as well! (Got it back, they put it into my casino account, where I ended up losing it all anyhow) So, how much would I have to deposit before they tell me I have risked enough to receive this bonus? Anyone? Please reply

Risking Funds to get a bonus

Deja Vu...I have this same thing going on with a group, who at the moment shall remain nameless until I get my last withdrawal processed. I followed the rules, got my bonuses, did the required playthrough cashed out a couple of times, played again deposited $500 and then was told I couldn't get the bonus OR the VIP points I was accumulating because I hadn't "risked" enough of my money. They even gave me a high roller bonus (which of course I couldn't cash in). I can't help it if I got lucky a couple of times. I have empathy for you!:eek2: And good luck with getting VIP points

Sounds like it might just be a mistake on their end. Have you gone here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/groups/ to contact a rep? And here: https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/ to see if you have any hope of fair play with the group?

Good luck:thumbsup:

Yeh, no kidding

The operator will come here ;) (i think... )

i believe casino rewards group?

It's nice to know I'm not alone out here, I get a great feeling whenever I log in to this site. I love the way everyone looks out for each other here, very solid group. I am proud to be a member. Oh yeah, cant say anything yet (about the name, i mean) but you all are sooo smart, tee hee;)

Wait, how do you get a new player bonus if you've already played $500 with them?

I obviously have no idea what's going on.
Please see one of the other 5 quotes.

I'm not sure if I sent you my reply or quoted or what. Shit too much too soon. Anyway it was virtual casino (not new, i know that now) rogued as well? Anyway, not a sign up bonus? a free no deposit new player bonus, geez big difference i guess. Anyway after signing up I received an email stating I was successful, click the link to be brought to the casino rewards page where I can claim my new player bonus. I have deposited close to $500 at their partner casinos and have also received new player bonus' from them as well. Unheard of? So when clicking on the casino of choice then the page says, blah blah, due to bonus abuse, blah blah, haven't risked enough of my funds, blah blah, have a nice flippin day. I might be able to give it a go again and get a shot of the page if you like. I kinda felt like you were questioning my integrity there for a minute, anyway hope I clarified.:) p.s. hope I didn't send this reply twice, just getting the hang of things, it helps when everyone is patient.

this is par for the course for casino rewards.

they have a chintzy way of dealing with customers. i suppose it's effective with some gamblers as it fuels their desire to "get over" on the casino.

they've operated this way forever. thankfully there are alternative MG casinos who treat their players with respect.

I'm half asleep and rhinovrus'd and dextromathorofaned, etc...
but Virtual Casino City isn't the Virtual Group, so it's not a rogue situation Patrina, just a maze-like-thing.

Find a post by aka23 and click on a link on the very bottom of his post for good info on navigating CR bonuses.

I think all they want you to do is make a deposit at a sister casino in between sign up bonuses.

Like T_B said, it seems a strange way to invite players; 'come here, go away, no, come here' if I treated my dog like that he'd pee or bite me:confused:

Good luck, you'll get it figgered :)

This is the short version..a group of casinos with a (points system in place if you play at all of the groups casinos) and they all add collectively. Each "casino" offers a new player bonus for signing up. Even though you follow the rules (and in the process win some and lose some) if you win more than you have deposited they will call it "bonus abuse" and not give you the loyalty points you have accumulated. Even though they want you to sign up at each one and they give you the option of using the bonus or not. You gotta love that mentality:lolup: And yes, someone did guess the right answer:thumbsup:

Wow, I've never run across that... but I didn't use the sign-up bonus at many of them. What a load of crap for promotions, huh?

Just looked at my history and have played mostly on four of the group... with two left to sign up at. Maybe I'll get the bonuses there without depositing and see if they kipe my 'any account' points.... but it is confusing as I'm sure I joined and used the free spin promo at at least one of them it sez I'm not a member of. hmm.

Still think it's a good idea to research these situations before depositing beatingbonuses.com/mg.htm seems to stay up to date about issues.

I'm gonna go check this again to make sure, (I dont want to confuse the situation, tee hee) but I'm pretty sure I have deposited at all of them, I know it's close to $500 anyway, just cant remember right now exactly how much at what ones, but to save face i will check this out. Yeh, and they combine your reward points as you play at each of them so I dont get it. Anyway, I felt insulted by them saying I haven't risked enough of my funds. I'm also going to try and get a shot of the page where they said that Thanks for the useful info!! And thanks for the vote of confidence!! Much appreciated:)

Cause I'm so new to the casino gig, I actually thought (dont laugh, oh, ok, laugh then) that casino rewards were the only casinos (with a few others that were'nt reputable) for online casinos. Now that I am a member here, (with much appreciation) I can see there are many casinos out there. I just wish I knew about this site (casinomeister) well before I heard about online gambling. Thanks for sharing, much appreciated:)

This is the page

Upon logging in to copy this page I noticed LO & BEHOLD, I have 30 MORE VIP points!! I tried to cash them in and this page came up again!! I am getting real confused, I sent another email, no one has responded to my first email, it makes me feel as if I am not important enough, guess I haven't risked enough of my funds!
 Why do they give you points if you cant cash them in? WHOOPS - AN ERROR SEEMS TO HAVE OCCURRED

We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Unfortunately, due to promotional abuse in the past, the casino has been forced to take precautionary steps to ensure that players do not take advantage of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds.

To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards partner casinos. Your points should be available to you soon!

If you feel you have reached this page in an error or if you have any questions please contact our 24 hour, 7 days a week call center either by email at support@casinorewards.com or through our toll free numbers on our contact sheet.

So it looks like you may have tried to collect two bonuses in a row without a deposit at another 'sister' casino in between? It is in the T&C, though somewhat murky.

Here's aka23's concise explanation.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

If you were to download every one in their group, you'd have 10-13 gig of microgames just from the CR group. jeeeeez.

Why don't they just let us use different skins for the same machine? But that's another thread.

Wow, I have only about 8, they have that many? Thanks for the info. Still waiting for the reply from cr....

Thank you for the useful link (thanks aka23 too!) now I know that I wasn't being singled out, it makes me feel a little bit better. CR finally replyed and just told me what they had already. The only thing is, and it's very unfair & misleading is they tell you you will receive points for every $10 you spend but then you cant use them? I sent them yet another email stating if I have deposited close to $500 at their sister casinos isn't that enough? They then sent me the email saying they will send it to their accounts and have it checked. Cant they just check it themselves? I guess I'm just too sensitive cause I feel like crap about all this. As I mentioned they just credited me with another 3000 VIP points with the code as btag? I dont know even what that is? I guess to entice me to deposit even more. Phew, pretty exhausting. Thanks again:)

I seem to have got the gist of all the t&c's but I think it is absolutely horrible that you believe when you are depositing you are building your VIP points and then all of a sudden they freeze your VIP reward points. I have received another reply from cr support, but NOT from accounts support? "Regular" support tells me they cannot take the suspension off of my account, only "Accounts" support can do that yet they have not contacted me and I have sent 5 emails regarding the fact that I have deposited close to $500, I know this is getting old so this will be my last post unless they somehow to decide to unfreeze my account. I dont think I will be playing at their casinos anymore. I sent them one email stating if I deposit a small amount will the suspension come off? And they replied with the same answer, show a desire to play and risk my money, blah blah. They didn't say it would come off, so I guess I have to lose a few hundred more before I've RISKED my funds and proved my worthiness to be an idiot. The funny and irritating thing is after I noticed the suspension, the following day, they then added another 3000 points, calling these points, btag? Whatever that means, btag? Anyway, I'm pissed about it all, even if it is in their t&c's, I dont think it's right and very unfair. Thanks to everyone who responded and helped me out and listened to me whine. :)
