I had written this yesterday (exactly 21 hours ago), so something must be wrong, when they really didn't answer you!

They only have one email address, no phonenumber (only fax), no live chat.

Just as I know the operators of Hype Gaming, I know the operators of HippoJo. What point are you making by saying the above?

What casinos do only have one way of contacting them? I have tried to contact them via email, and they do not answer. I need to speak to them.

On inetbet you can also only contact them via emails, but they answer you normally always within 15 minutes up to 1 hour.
